Best experience ever in buying a new auto!

I had the most amazing experience purchasing a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe on 1/21/23 at Carr Chevrolet! We worked with Leo Lopez, who was very efficient and made the whole process fun. He was pleasant and able to answer all of our questions. The purchase price was more than fair as was the trade-in value I received. Don't hesitate to visit Carr Chevrolet, ask for Leo!

Recommend Carr Chevy

I had a great experience with Carr. They had a car coming in I put money down on, and they were very communicative during the entire process as outside forces delayed it's arrival. Ariyan Bekoe made many verbal agreements with me (including the purchase price) which they honored when the car arrived. They even alerted me to a discount I was not aware of! Carr has an amazing warranty on their cars too. We love our new Tahoe and I'm glad we chose Carr!

Dead animal in filter removed

Irvin was amazing at getting me in quickly and calling me with updates. He was invested in my problem and made me feel like he wanted the best outcome for me. I did not feel like just another customer because he did such an amazing job at communicating with me. I normal would have not used the dealership for this problem but i am glad I did. Thank you.

Absolutely loved this dealership!

Absolutely loved this dealership! Leo is great and did everything he could to get me exactly what I wanted. Melinda in sales is so sweet. They both made my experience buying a car so easy and stress free! I will definitely be coming back here whenever I need a new car!

My experience purchasing and trading in my van this week was smooth. Ari Bedkoe was incredibly helpful, patient, kind and engaging. He was not at all pushy. He listened and was respectful, especially in regards to the things that were important to me.

Absolute worst buying experience of my life, I will never

Absolute worst buying experience of my life, I will never recommend Carr Chevrolet to anyone I know. Sarah Moss my sales rep LIED to me multiple I can prove through text message's I saved, who treats a customer like that?!?! How disrespectful. The service department and 35 year GM master tech that regeared my new Colorado is suspect at best. They did the gear job twice and shipped it out the door with the gears improperly installed. When I questioned the whining gear noise, Sarah gave me the lame excuse "those gears alter the truck to much there's going to be some whining" I have that text message to prove it too. I would have ruined both axles in my brand new truck if I would have believed Sarah and kept driving my truck that way. I took the truck back, 4 1/2 months later they redid the gears for a 3rd time with the correct installation parts and the gears sound great. But low and behold, by the time I drove the 44 miles to my house the rear pinion seal is leaking. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I waited 6 1/2 months for my new truck. If I treated customer's like this at work I would be fired, no if's ands or butt about it.

Vehicle Service

I bought my car years ago from Carr & I have not taken it anywhere else for service or repairs. I don?t comparison shop, even if I can get repairs less expensive somewhere else, I don?t care. Plus, you get what you pay for! This service staff is always great, takes wonderful care of me & my car. They communicate well. I truly appreciate everything Carr Chevrolet has done for me over the years. They?re fantastic!
