I made an appointment to change my oil on Saturday at 2 o?clock. When I got there, they told me it would be an hour and a half before they could get to my vehicle. They were able to get me in earlier and I appreciate his efforts. I have a problem with my backseat, not going down and they were not able to help me. They told me it would be a $200 diagnostic charge and probably $100 to fix it. I called Mike Gallegos and asked for his help but he never got back to me.

This is my second Silverado purchased from this dealership — my first was a 2024 and now a 2026. During this most recent purchase, there was some confusion regarding transferring an accessory from my previous truck. While it started as a misunderstanding, Jaime stayed involved, took ownership, and worked with me to reach a fair resolution. He handled it professionally and even personally contributed to ensure it was resolved the right way. I appreciate accountability and customer service, and I’m enjoying the new truck.

This is my second Silverado purchased from this dealership — my first was a 2024 and now a 2026. Each person who worked with me was polite and professional and treated us as their client despite difficulties from national weather that slowed work and slowed parts delivery . They also worked well with the insurance staff in spite of the weather and parts delivery issues. I am a first time claim party and appreciated being treated as experienced with respect. Overall they managed a frustrating situation as if standard and successful.

Shady dealership beware! We got approved in advance. We live very far from the dealership in Eugene. Called dealership to confirm truck was still available before driving for 2 hours. Dude says it was and keys were in his pocket. Salesman LIED!! WE DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE!!! dude says they sold it to one of their techs 5 minutes before ..... NEVER DO BUSSINESS HERE. they sold it to one of their own employees screwing over the customer who called in advance before driving for 2 hours.

Was Great. I had talked with Nick Schubmehl and he hooked me up with Leo Lopez. Experience was good and Leo's information that he had got from Nick was able to take us (Me and my Wife) right to what we were looking for. At that point I was able to tell Leo the options I want and he took it from there. We went hqme and he found what I wanted within a couple days. Came down and signed the papers. Thanks.

Headache after headache when buying a vehicle from Carr. Bought a factory buy-back Bolt recently and the screwed up the cleaning, screwed up the title and registration, screwed up the warranty... It's been 3 months and still trying to sort everything out. Even the vehicle turned out to be suspect. These Bolt buy-backs are supposed to be in great condition with low (20k) miles, but mine was missing all but two of the screws holding on the splash guard, trim that was separated from the bumper, the check engine light turned on the first time I tried to fast charge it, and the brake seized in under 1,000 miles. I thought it would be nice to support an independent dealership instead of giving more cash to Lithia, but after this experience, I may be sticking with larger dealerships in the future.

Purchased a new car on the 22nd of Feb..On the title and registration form the odometer said 5 miles when it was delivered after the car show 2 days later it had 4621 miles on it so obviously not new waiting for them to make it right

Great group to deal with, service advisor was ready for me, checked in about 10 min. When we picked the car it also took about 10 minutes. Pur car was delivered right to us, this helped as I walk with a cane.
