I got great service and it was a courteous experience dealing with the service people. I got a lift home and a lift back. My car was ready before the time that was quoted and we were able to find a coupon to take $100 off. So the experience was 10 of 10 all the way around

I never received any phone calls to update me about my truck. I had to keep calling and every time I called I was told it was going to take longer. They first estimated a day, then 2 days and I finally got my truck back 3 1/2 days later
