Irvin was a really cool guy, he helped me through the whole process in get my warranty accessed for a new battery for my 2014 ram 1500 that was being repaired at M&C Autobody & Paint up the road in Beaverton Oregon. Once I got my original reciept from liberty gmc in rexburg Idaho sent to him , he had my new battery in ten minutes. He explained to me the process of having to test the battery to see where the amps was at and he took it to another machine in the back. Pretty cool process and Irvin the Latino guy made me feel at home too. Took me to the waiting room inside there dealer and offered free coffee and snacks. I will highly recommend these guys service. Everyone there was real nice with vibrant spirits.
