I had exceptional service from Ayman Achour there. Although from Vancouver, WA I went out of my way to Herzogg-Meier in Beaverton because they took ve...ry good care of me. Ayman even deliver the car to me.
Arranged online to look at a car. Got there, sales guy was polite. Drove the car, came back, filled out some paperwork with the understanding if we di...dnt come to an agreement on price they wouldnt pull credit. Didn't come to an agreement. Later found out they pulled credit anyway. Contacted sales guy and dealer got no response. Probably my fault for trusting. Certainly didn't end up being no hassle.
Our experience with Herzog-Meier couldn’t have been any better. Our salesman (Mike Hamburger) was extremely gracious, patient and knowledgeable. Havin...g purchased a car from Herzog-Meier in the past with a similar experience, we will be back for years to come.

Ron the service manager was great. He managed our time and cost expectations from the start. Provide us with a newer Volvo S60 loaner as the service e...xtended overnight. Ron also kept us updated on progress and additional service needs.
No one is accountable. Be prepared for every phone call to review issues, name, phone, etc. Does not seem that any records are kept. Every phone call ...I got passed around to at least 3 people, took up so much of my time for the very simplest issues. Worst experience I have ever had at VW dealer and I have owned VW's since '86. Don't waste your time/energy.
