Went in for an oil change @ 72k. Inspection found a worn serpentine belt so scheduled a service. Dropped off the night before and it was done an hour after the scheduled appointment. Gratefully there was no 'up-sell' pressure for the 80k service either.

We just came home with a pre-owned XC60 for our son's first car and the whole experience - from finding the car online to driving it home - was seamless.
