We came in with some concerns that needed to be addressed, and from the very beginning, they treated us like family. Their care, patience, and genuine desire to help completely exceeded our expectations. We walked away not only with a new car, but with a renewed appreciation for what true customer service looks like—proof that good people still exist and truly want to make a situation better. Our experience on the sales side: Our salesperson, Stephanie, was professional and very helpful. We very much appreciated how Stephanie gathered what we were interested in and helped us narrow it down to first 6 and then 2 vehicles, and followed up on all of our questions, including honest feedback on particular models. Stephanie was very responsive to our questions over text and email and made it clear she was in our corner. She even made the extra effort to help us close on the new vehicle during her time off. Thank you! We also found their technical salesperson, Grayson, very friendly and helpful in explaining all the features on our vehicle. After many high-pressure car sales at this and other dealers in the past, we can see that the Herzog Meier sales team has been working to create a new customer-focused environment. Our experience on the service side: We had our old Volvo under warranty repair. The service department has some room for improvement on timely customer communications regarding repairs on the vehicle.

We just purchased a 2026 Volvo XC 90 at Herzog-Meier Volvo on 12/12/26. The experience was like none other that we have experienced. Stephanie, our salesperson, was so efficient in every way possible. There were no surprises (we dealt all online), and everything was as it should be as far as the purchase price that was agreed on. There were no hidden fees or gimmicks. We are so happy with our car purchase experience and with our new Volvo. If you need a new Volvo, go and see Stephanie at Herzog-Meier.

I bought a new Volkswagen at another location in Washington state. I also have a few friends who own Volkswagens and they told me that they used to work with an advisor who now works at a different dealer in a different state. I was not getting the help I needed from the dealership I purchased from! I was able to get her Information and reached out to her and got my questions answered and my issues resolved! I was so amazed by her support even though I’m not her customer, she treated me like I was. Thank you, Jenna is truly is a gem!

Saige with Herzog-Meier Volvo is AWESOME! From our first internet text message she was on it! She gave me all of the info I needed. She didn’t waste my time with things I didn’t care about. She was respectful of my time and ensured the vehicle was ready for a test drive when I arrived. I was consistently impressed by her diligent follow-up. I have a lot of questions and am always wary of cars buying interactions. I assure you it will be completely different with Saige. I’m not even sure how she was able to pivot and get me answers and numbers so quickly. I cannot recommend her enough. If you end up needing a car from this dealership, reach out to Saige!

Poor Customer Service from Service Rep Jenna Griffin; /
Poor Customer Service from Service Rep Jenna Griffin; / Predatory / Confrontational Behavior from Service Manager Branton Plaster.; Dismissal of complaint by herzog meir manager Andy Hudson. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership. The service department was always marginally acceptable but not great. Yesterday I went in to pay for 2K of service. I asked to speak to the manager regarding service worker Jenna Griffin, who was short, non-responsive, and unfriendly. I asked to have a different person help me in the future as I had similar issues with Jenna. I spoke to acting service manager Branton Foster who was immediately confrontational about my critique of Jenna. He wanted me to discuss my complaint in front of all the staff which was unprofessional. He then had me look at positive google reviews in his office. I told him my experience is my own and that good customer service was to hear me out. He continued to question me in a confrontational manner. I told him I did not want to speak with him anymore. I had to tell him a second time to leave me alone as I was paying my bill. He refused and continued to confront me, even threatening to call the police and have me trespassed. I said, are you going to call the police on me for paying my bill? He then stood right next to me as I paid and told me I am no longer allowed in the dealership, and I needed to take me service needs elsewhere. I included a picture of the seedy, abusive manger Brant ( a picture says a 1000 words) followup: Manger ( so he says) Andy Hudson responded two days after incident and minimized my negative experience. He was so spineless that he said it is good customer service to question staff complaints and to threaten police action without cause. He Provided a half hazard conditional apology saying how great his employees are. A classic whitewashing of my allegations with no recourse. This dealership is as greasy as they come. Take Your Business Elsewhere!

Jenna who always has helped me since I purchased my new car then was very helpful, helped me save a lot of money $$$, and kept me informed or every needed repairs and their timeline. She even exceeded expectations by having the car ready sooner than expected. I’ve been to other dealerships, no one compares to the personalized approach of Herzog-Meyer. They’re truly the best!
