Worked with Eli Roby on a used Lexus, cannot recommend him enough. Polite, patient, and very open to resolving issues. Worked with him from start to finish, he never was pushy and totally understood questions I had, getting me the answers I needed to buy the car. He was reasonable in the negotiation process and basically got me exactly what I was looking for. If you shop here, definitely try to contact him. You won’t regret it!

shutout to Ezequiel Becerra , as service manager he had every maintenance required marked with price / critically so you can me your own financial decision of what to spend on , also reached out to the Volvo VIP extended warranty to get some modules replace, the approval and installation was over night, Highly recommended

I worked closely with Stephanie and Saige to find a vehicle that worked for me. They were so kind, easy to reach, flexible, and communicative with me. I’ve purchased cars from several other dealerships, and hands down this was the best experience I’ve had. The whole experience from start to finish was so smooth

The whole experience from start to finish was so smooth and seamless. I had a terrible time at another dealership local to me and chose to complete my purchase with HM. Saige led the transaction with integrity and professionalism. I felt like my asks were heard and they did everything they could to make this a stress and hassle free experience. Including delivery my car to me 3 hours away and signing paperwork in my driveway. I would recommend Saige and Herzog-Meier to anyone looking for a drama free experience.

Jenna is great !

Jenna is great ! I came by Herzog Meier because my tire pressure light came on and I was in a hurry! I usually don’t go to the dealer, but Jenna was so helpful I will give it a try! She gave amazing recommendations and was so helpful! She is a gem!

Nic in the service department is awesome!

Nic in the service department is awesome! Super helpful, knowledgeable & trustworthy. He is the number one reason I keep going back to the dealership (over 10 years). Jenna is great too! So nice & helpful!

Jenna in the Service Department goes above and beyond for her clients! She took time and care combing through my car's extended warranty and has saved me $1000's over the past year. Additionally she is friendly, patient and compassionate, even when she is juggling multiple clients and hijacked software systems.
