Great people and machines. I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change and multi-point vehicle inspection. I let them know my engine light was on, then went off. The code they gave me p0420 cat has failed $3068.52. This cat was replaced 10,000 miles ago at 122nd Honda shop. So, I paid my bill for oil change $100.75 and check and advise for $180.00. Drove to DEQ for FREE second opinion. Cat passed but still have p0420 code. Went back to Honda and let them know the cat passed. We will need to check other parts in engine that will relate to cat issues. Thanks so much for your help today.

Friendly staff and clean facility. 4 star is because I had to walk out in the heavy rain to get the car left outside to ride home while there were still many available slots for parking inside.

Called to get service done on Passport. Asked for loaner car during the service. They had one I could use. They called and said I should get new tires and alignment. I was already looking at tires. The price was less than where I was looking. Will return.

Got a lot of support from the personnel, they helped me in getting a great deal with my new vehicle. Shout to them it was an amazing experience

Waited 3 hours for a simple oil change. After waiting for 2 hours they told me it would be at least another hour. And they couldn't offer me a loaner car because they were out.

Just bought a brand new pilot from them. We had a great new car buying experience, we got the exact suv we had been searching for. Staff took great care in making sure we were truly happy with everything about the car including the accessories we added on. First time owning a Honda but have always known they make great vehicles and great motors in general so down the road when we go to get another one, we will definitely be contacting this dealership to do that.

I have had my last 4 vehicles serviced at this location. I won’t trust anyone else to keep my vehicle running smoothly and safely. I would give them 10 stars if able.

My husband and I have been bringing both of our Hondas to Tonkin Honda for several years and the service has always been top notch. I purchased my 2014 Honda CR-V there in 2017 and couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service 👏 . We will always bring our vehicles here, even though we live across the river in SW Washington. It is worth the short drive for excellent service.
