Warranty work and oil change

Greatest experience ever for car maintenance. Quick, honest, and they made sure that I was fully aware of my car’s condition, which was awesome. I have peace of mind knowing my car is in great shape. And it took less time than they first stated. I’m going back there every time now.

Birthday present to me for my 70th, new car

Kay Caldwell did an excellent job finding me a RAV4 hybrid and explaining it. I really liked the vehicle and decided to give myself an early birthday gift. He had me come in early so the paperwork could be done faster.

2007 Camry oil change

Wife's 2007 Camry needed an oil change, and service representative advised flushing out the cooling system. I stated that the cooling system crapped out completely a year ago and I believed they might of flushed it then. Responded your right so lets flush out the other cooling system. I am not sure my wife's car has two cooling systems. Also you need to by a belt but it's not in stock so you will need to come back to get hosed again. The oil change and soaking service costed $275.00 I will never go back there. the company has changed hands/owners a couple of times since my wife bought her Camry and the place has really gone down the crapper/toilet.

Worst experience ever

Absolutely awful. Every cliche trick in the book to scam every last dollar from us. This was my daughters first car buying experience and they were terrible. Lied about a “tax” that they never actually showed us we had to pay. Then reduced it when we were negotiating. How do you negotiate a tax that you’re required to pay? Then pulled her credit after she was already pre approved and blamed the credit union. They had no reason to; they just wanted to try to get her to move to Toyota financing. We left and roasted them on Google. Only then did they call us back and apologize. Still screwed with her and we ended up having to go 3 times for what should have been a very simple and exciting experience for my daughter. We will never buy from them again and our credit union told us they are considering dropping them as a partner due to multiple complaints about their tactics.

Purchased 2021 Tacoma

Purchased a 2021 Tacoma from Wayne Moore. We were looking for specific options and color. Wayne did a dealer search and dealer swap and found one in the pipeline. He worked with us for 3 months to get the exact truck we wanted. We are extremely pleased with the dedication and service Wayne gave us throughout the buying process.

Shopping for a used car.

From the first phone call a couple of days before I actually went to the dealership, till the purchase was complete, everyone I dealt with was very friendly and informative. Jesus ,the sales rep, went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale including driving clear out to Hillsboro on his own time so my wife could sign paperwork. The finance guy, Brian, took plenty of time to go over every bit of the paperwork with me and made for a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
