I just bought an amazing 2025 Toyota Sienna Platinum at

I just bought an amazing 2025 Toyota Sienna Platinum at Gresham Toyota. They're really hard to get and I was initially told it could take months to get the car I wanted. But I had the good fortune of dealing with Joe Witt. He said he would keep an eye out for one as soon as it became available in the Pacific Northwest. He called me about a week later that one was being released. If I wanted it I should put $1000 down ASAP, which I did. Joe then gave me a good price for my 2013 Sienna and we worked out a deal on this very expensive car, with Joe finding a way around every glitch along the way. He made it happen and now I have the car I always wanted. Joe is the man.

Brandon was nice and friendly and i was thankful and

Brandon was nice and friendly and i was thankful and appreciate him taking off some $$ that i think i don't need to pay & he took it off right away. He was up to date & knows what's he's doin. I would highly recommend brandon for doin a great job and great customer service! 👌

Michelle Keller at Gresham Toyota was fantastic!

Michelle Keller at Gresham Toyota was fantastic! None of the endless phone calls: we communicated through text (my preference), she gave me a quote for my Prius Prime, and when I got to the dealership I left with my new car and it matched EXACTLY the quote she had sent me. No hidden fees, no up charging. She was fully transparent, professional, and really kind. Her whole team was great. Michelle, thanks for making what can be a daunting experience, a great one.

Service worker was very patient and explained what I needed to do to fix my vehicle for top performance. Valvoline messed up my transmission, causing it to slip, and Joshua wrote down every detail of the issue found and how to fix it. Hoping I can get Valvoline to pay for my car to get fixed at Toyota since they do it right.

Overall my experience with Jose and David was great.

Overall my experience with Jose and David was great. I do have a few complaints. 1. Why do I have to secure the notice of lien satisfaction for my trade in? I signed the car over to Gresham Toyota, I think this is something the dealership should take care of. Never had to do that before with a trade in. 2. There’s huge horrible scratches on the hood and hood scoop of the 4Runner. Unfortunately it was pouring rain the day I came in and didn’t notice this. I think this is something the salesman should have discussed especially when we were talking about the dent and paint chip repair package. 3. The tires are bad. The 4Runner has the same stock tires on the car from when it was manufactured. These are dunlops from 2021 and the tire compound has exceeded expiration. There’s visible cracks in the tires and will need to be replaced immediately. I’m disappointed that I paid top dollar for a gold certified car that has huge scratches on the hood and expired tires.
