Our sales associate Malek was extremely courteous and helpful. We came in on a busy day and were there for a long time but I felt like we were getting good service. Malek answered all of our questions. Finance was also very helpful in answering our questions about a loan and helping with paperwork.

Have only been home from buying our F150 Lightning Flash
Have only been home from buying our F150 Lightning Flash for an hour but had SUCH a pleasant experience, I wanted to share while it was still fresh. After a terrible morning with Upper Marlboro Ford, I put in an online inquiry with Sheehy Gaithersburg. Michael Zeller contacted me within 20 minutes. I told him our situation— 2 boys under 2.5– so we didn’t want to drive all the way to Gaithersburg from Calvert County to haggle. I wanted the online price confirmed and I wanted a specific amount on our trade in. He was able to get both done and got us started on the paperwork before we even got there. The place was HOPPING with customers, so it wasn’t the fastest experience in the world, but by far the most pleasant even with two very antsy babies in tow. I hope we won’t need another car for a while, but as soon as we do, this will be where I start my search first. The first car buying experience where I wasn’t left questioning humanity. The best part? My husband and I were halfway home and we realized we had forgotten our wagon stroller in our trade-in. I called Michael to see if they were still open and we could come get it. He said “check in the back.” He saw it as we were moving stuff and put it in there himself. The best.

Greg, the sales mgr wrote a deal , as I was closing the deal, he pulled the offer from his salesman, Nico, who was by the way tremendous to work with, and the slime ball sales mangaer added added another $1,000, just as me and Nico closing the final docs. All ready to close and he pulled some of the same xx you would come to expect from less reputable dealerships. My experience in the past with them was all positive. Super VIP service and prompt and dependable! Now they have blown it !!! Lost a local customer that has a local family business that serves the same area as this dealership. Very dishonest, untrustworthy dealership, so so disappointing!!! I would never do or recommend doing business with this dealership. This is how I was treated after being a customer for pver 6 years. Just..think about how you you are going to be dealt with when you are a new customer. Very sad people conduct their business like they do here !.

After searching for a vehicle for months, I sent an inquiry to Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg. Instead of getting calls and bombarded with useless crap, I got a video from Mike Zeller. He introduced himself and said he is available to talk when I am available. He gave me his cell phone, his schedule and even told me he had a great inventory to choose from. I responded back, made appointment and went in. I didn’t buy the first day because I was still unsure. He then sent another video (again, did not bother me with calls!) thanking me for coming in. I was hooked. I came back the next day and bought my new explorer! Thanks Mike Zeller for everything and for Sheehy to make it “easy”!
