This is my first visit to Gresham Ford and I just want to express how impressed I am with the courteous, honest and quality of service I received in repairing an undercarriage problem on a car. I was worried about further damage and called Gresham Ford service department. I told them I didn’t have an appointment but could I bring the car in for someone to take a quick look and see if they could identify the magnitude of the issue. Even though their appointment schedule was booked for the day, I was told to please bring the car in and a tech could take a quick look at the undercarriage but I might have to make an appointment for repairs. Most other service centers would have told me they were too busy and to make an appointment for a future date but that was not the case with Gresham Ford. After inspecting the car, the technician was able to complete the repair in a short amount of time. Other service centers could have told me that I needed an entirely new part but Gresham Ford informed me that a new replacement part was not necessary which was a cost savings for me. Special thanks to the team, Micka, Scott, Cameron and Dominic Young, who made this a seamless process. I greatly appreciate all of you and will use Gresham Ford for future servicing.

I want to thank the staff for helping out a person in need. I had been in Veterans Hospital 2 times in a 2 week time period. I needed a new alternator, and when the price came well above the original quote. Gresham Ford stepped up for someone who could stand on their own. And for this I'll be forever grateful.

Our salesman Beshara was wonderful. He was friendly and not a pushy salesman. He answered every question. He knew the product and made the buying process very easy. I would highly recommend Gresham Ford. They have a big inventory and very friendly staff. Ask for Beshara

We took 1/2 day off work and drove 1.5 hours each way to purchase a used Pruis 4 from Gresham Ford, only to get there to discover it was a Prius 2 without the options advertised. The same options were posted on the window sticker but did not come with this car - really? It wasn't even the correct color as advertised. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed and had wasted hours of our time. David Miller and Preston Wills were going to see if they could find a similar used Prius for us, but we never heard back from them.

I ordered an $80,000 F150 from this dealership and when I picked it up, the dealer installed option of a keypad entry had not been installed. I was at the dealership for 4 hours even though I had an appointment and was paying cash. Not one person there could install this keypad. I live on the coast, so I had to have my local Tillamook dealership install the keypad which took 30 minutes. I had to pay out of pocket for labor and Gresham Ford agreed to reimburse me. It has been weeks and I still have not received my reimbursement. Lousy customer service and terrible follow through on delivery of an expensive truck. I will not be buying my next truck at this dealership.

brought car in on a recall had to bring back after i left and heater would not blow any air out brought back and now only blows cold air and they want to charge to fix what a scam car was fine before i let them touch it. Avoid Gresham ford like the plague. running scams called me a liar and said it was that way before i brought it in total lie was working great before they touched it i will never use them and tell anyone i ever discus cars with what a bad scamming place Gresham Ford is. absolute garbage.

A lot of places to buy a car for sure but look no futhure. I had a great experience here. It takes me an over the top experience to write a review but I found mine with this place worthy. Nice friendly staff prices beat everything else I looked at and the whole experience from beginning to end was great. Never felt pressured and at the end of the day I got a great truck at a great price. Who could ask for more?

I'm wondering why I got charged over $220 for a part that I could get online for around $70? That wasn't including installation! A bit of gouging going on there!
