Purchase of a New F-150

I had been shopping for a new truck and had gone to Ted Britt in Chantilly. I worked a deal on a truck and the discount on the truck was TBFL (Ted Britt for life) of $1850, and then the rebate of $1500. The problem was that they didnt have the truck i was looking for with the interior that I was looking for, so they did a dealer locate on it and that is how they were able to come up with the numbers. When they were not able to get the vehicle that i wanted, they did try and find others and tried to swap inventory but were not able to. I ran across Sheehy in Springfield and decided to call them vs. going in and getting stuck for another 3 hours. I spoke to Michael Anderson. Michael was understanding of what I was going through, and wanted to help me find the truck that I was interested in. I sent him the exact information and he called me back within 2 hours and they had exactly what I had been looking for. I came to see the truck and work some numbers. Sheehy discount on my truck was $5000 plus $1850 in rebates. Not sure why their deal was so much better than Ted Britt, but it seemed more that they wanted to have me in exactly what i wanted in the truck, and the truly wanted to earn my business, which they did. I am now a happy Ford F-150 owner. I purchased a brand new truck, not a used one. This is apples to apples. Both dealerships had an opportunity to earn my business, Sheehy Ford in Springfield has now a customer for life with me. The entire process was seamless, smooth, and the sales team customer service was beyond belief. I am a real buyer, and haven't been paid for this review. This is truly how i feel about my purchase on 3/29/21

Buying new ford ranger

Best experience I've had buying a new vehicle,up front pricing really nice,this was my first time buying from this dealership and I'm glad I made the trip (I live in southern md) I bought a new ford ranger super crew fx4 from Mr.Maxxx Manu. He was very helpful and professional,everyone there was! Iam very satisfied, and in the future if we decide to get another new vehicle this will be first the first place I come too!! Great experience

DISHONEST with NO INTEGRITY. Internet mgr sent email agreeing to price and wrote we have a deal. Went in the next day and they sold it to someone else while we were in showroom! Unbelievable!! And my son is a Marine who had to drive x-country 2 days later. Manager explanation, “things in life happen for a reason.” DONT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!



I signed up for this VIP program always go to Sheehy Ford of Springfield. Here, it usually takes me 2.5 hours for oil change and check up with appointment made in advance. Today, it took me 3.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I must admit Sheehy Ford of Springfield is the WORST car service experience I’ve in 35 years driving. NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT SHEEHY FORD OF SPRINGFIELD!


Ask for Maxxx

We bought our car from Maxxx and he made this the best car buying experience. We highly recommend Maxxx! He was patient with us and made sure we got what we were looking for.



I worked with Maxx, Lance, and Tina. They were all wonderful and worked with me through the process, letting me know all of the details that I needed. On top of that, they were down to earth good people. I recommend them highly to family and friends!


Don't buy from here.

Truck I bought had mechanical/electrical issues from the first day I bought it and items in the We Owe were never complete. They had the truck a total of over 3 months with no proper solution and finally returned the truck. When they returned it, I received no receipt of what was being refunded, and the total refund was a few hundred dollars short of what is was supposed to be. The dealership also never communicated during the process.
