Will not use this dealer again.

In December I took my car for service at Ford Sheehy in Springfiedl thinking somethign was wrong with the transmission. They had a $295.00 diagnosis fee and told me I needed to get a new clucth and both actuators for a total of $3480.00!! The lady assisting me was not pleasant at all, never smile nor approached me in a friend way. I took my vehicle to another Ford dealer and had two tecnitians checked on it and found no issue with the car and their diagnosis fee was only $175.00. I feel they were lying right on my face, they only wanted my money. I do not trust them and will never use this dealer again.

I purchased a new Mustang.

I purchased a new Mustang. It was a great experience and one of my quickest in and out the door. Got a very fair price on my trade.

Awesome working with Maxx on our purchase of a For

Maxx called us regarding a Ford Escape he thought would be a good fit for us. We went looked at vehicle, test drove and wanted a little time to discuss. Within a few hours we returned to talk to Maxx regarding a purchase. He took a lot of time explaining features of vehicle vehicle, VIP plan and began the paperwork. Once paperwork was approved for financing we were directed to the financial advisor, I apologize but I don't remember her name. She again walled us thru the process and started the paperwork. We were very impressed with the attention she gave us. Once completed we were returned to Maxx. By this time it was past closing but Maxx didn't say a word about the time. His concern was if we were happy. Again this was an amazing experience!

The service department is the worst one in Springfield.

The service department is the worst one in Springfield. If you plan to but a car, go to another dealer. I continue to get nothing but excuses and my truck sits in their parking lot. BTW, do not ever think they will call you back. I was placed on hold many time, and dur to the long wait, I was transferred to an answering service. I wish this app allowed for less than a 1 star.
