Service Department a Joke
Parts and Service departments are unwilling to source parts that are on backorder from GM, but are in stock at other dealerships to repair a vehicle that is under warranty. They will park your vehicle under trees for days and then give it back to you completely covered in bird poop. Service advisors will tell your spouse one thing and you another when asking them they same question, which just shows that they do not care about the customer.

Newberg Chevrolet
Loved our experience with Newberg Chevrolet! We went to several dealers in the area trying to order a new Tahoe. Newberg Chevrolet was the only dealer that got it done. These guys are the best.

Just saying
Small home town good service replaced by “let’s make a buck” attitude. Roger, you should really look into how poor this dealership and the Tigard dealership treats people. Unless of course you don’t care and plan to run your dealerships into the ground. Absolutely by far the poorest customer service. I stopped keeping track of how many times they lied. Here’s a couple good ones… “Actually there test driving it right now” as I sat in there parking lot and could see my vehicle parked outside in the same place it’s been for 3 days. “You can expect a call from me at 9 am with an update” two weeks went by, then I called. Many many many more. I know being a “professional fibber” goes with the auto industry. But this is a joke. Sales -they were great. Real easy going. When you buy 2 brand new cars the same day.

Mr. Average Joe, so very sorry we couldn't receive a review that was 5 stars across the board. Being labeled as a professional fibber is not how we want to be perceived. We have spoken to department heads and will learn from your review and vow to be better. Thank you for your business and review.

Having recently retired, we decided to trade in our two cars and purchase one for both of us. Not only did Newberg Chevrolet give us above Kelly Blue Book value on the trade-ins, salesperson Doug really listened to our needs and helped steer us to a vehicle that met every one. Finance person Andrew made a pile of paperwork float by in record time and we were off in our new 2020 Blazer. I even mentioned to a manager, Mike, what a pleasure it was to work with such an extraordinary team of knowledgeable people. We’ve purchased many cars through the years but have never had such a pleasant experience as we did at Newberg Chevrolet.
