BOUGHT A USED JEEP IN MARCH.

BOUGHT A USED JEEP IN MARCH. THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE ON THE WAY HOME. LOCAL OFF-ROAD SHOP CALLED IT A DEATH RATTLE. $7K LATER THE JEEP IS SAFE FOR MY 16 YEAR OLD TO DRIVE. I AM CONVINCED THEY KNEW WHAT THEY SOLD ME. NEVER AGAIN.

I contacted this dealership to purchase a car.

I contacted this dealership to purchase a car. Even though I wasn't feeling well, I still honored my appointment to inspect the vehicle on Sunday. I didn't feel well enough to test drive it on that day, however, we did negotiate numbers and settled on a final figure, with the understanding that once a tax issue was confirmed, I would be in the next day to test drive it. Today, I drove the hour and a half (I live in WV) one way to test drive the car. I had texted the salesman, Mr. Peter Nartay, to confirm the tax issue was indeed settled and let him know I would be coming in around 5-5:30pm. He texted back confirming the time was good and then later sent me a video he took of the car at around 4:45 pm, saying he'd hoped to see me. I immediately texted him back that we were on the way and that the gps had us coming in later than anticipated - we would get there for 6:15pm. At 6:15pm, we arrived at the dealership only to learn that Mr. Nartay had a "medical emergency" and was not available. Coincidentally, the car we were there to test drive was already in the process of being sold to someone else. Thus, in the hour and a half it took for us to get there, they sold the car out from under us. But the worst part is that no one let us know that someone else was interested and would probably purchase the car. It could have saved us a three-hour round trip. They knew we were coming in from out of state. The lack of common courtesy is appalling! I do NOT recommend doing business with this company!

Leased a 2025 Ariya here in March 2025.

Leased a 2025 Ariya here in March 2025. Our overall experience was excellent. It was a pleasure working with salesperson Christian and finance manager Youssef. The car had to be delivered from another dealership and arrived within an hour. It was quickly detailed and ready to drive. Christian gave us great service and demonstrated all of the car features. Youssef gave us great advice on the lease vs. buy decision. Would definitely recommend Christian, Youssef, and Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. We love the car!

My experience of buying a new car at Sherry was phenomenal. Nabi, my salesman was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He provided me with all the information I needed to make a great decision on my new car purchase. “No pressure”. The financial section was great too!

I attempted to purchase a used vehicle from this

I attempted to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership and ended up losing $2K and I don't have a vehicle. They sold me a lemon. The check engine light came on the day after I purchased it. I had it towed to another Sheehy dealership, where they did a diagnostic test and found several major issues with the vehicle. I called and tried to return it. They dragged their feet and two weeks later, they purchased the vehicle back from me, but the processing fees, towing fees, restocking fees etc. were not returned. At the end, I am out by about $2K and I don't have a vehicle. That was my fourth Nissan purchase. I am sour on all Sheehy dealerships and on Nissan in general.

Isaac is one of the sales representatives at this

Isaac is one of the sales representatives at this location. My wife and I recently bought a vehicle from here, and since day one Isaac was very professional and attentive!. We visited other dealerships and they never took the time like Isaac has with showing cars . At this dealership, it’s more of a win win for the buyer and for the dealer. We got to buy the vehicle that we were looking for at the best price out there. Isaac’s is truly a good salesman who will educate you about which car will fit your needs. He helped us throughout the entire process and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. I would recommend anyone who is buying a vehicle to visit this dealership first and you will see the quality of attentive and knowledgeable between this dealership compare to the others.
