We had a wonderful experience at the Acura of Portland. We were in contact with Hector who was very helpful, but Daniel helped us when at the location. Daniel was extremely accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with regarding the goal of my visit. Daniel brought out multiple keys to let us see different models, took us for a test drive, and even stood late along with the manager and financial colleagues. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the experience. Thank you again to the staff at Acura of Portland and Daniel for helping me get the upgrade that was much deserved.

I didn’t get what I thought I was getting.
I didn’t get what I thought I was getting. I’m pretty sure the ad I saw that brought me to view this car listed Navi and CarPlay as options the vehicle had. I realized when I drove the car home that it wasn’t equipped with those options. I did my research and found that since the car didnt come with Navi to begin with that CarPlay could not be added. I took the car back to the dealership the next day and expressed my concerns and they wanted to make it right. They offered an exchange or to have CarPlay installed. They wanted to try CarPlay first. Which they quickly realized could not be done as I had already discovered. After that they didn’t offer any further solutions or options for me and completely dropped the ball on trying to make this right for me. I’m pissed to be stuck with this car that is not equipped as stated in the ad. I would not have been there looking at the vehicle otherwise and would not have purchased the car period. And they stuck me with it not doing a thing about it to make the purchase right or what I thought I was getting. Im very unhappy with the purchase still and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone I know or come in contact with that’s in the market for a car of any kind.

I had a great purchasing experience at Dick Hannah Acura of Portland. I was looking for a low mileage one owner Acura trade in to purchase for my college teen to use while away from home at school. We ended up at the dealership after experiencing a total loss of another vehicle. The experience at Dick Hannah Portland was exceptional. Though we didn?t want to be there, they made our new car purchase an experience to remember. Kind, thoughtful, and encouraging. I cannot recommend a better team than Brad, Lucas, and Jonny.
