it was an easy process I need the car that I wanted between a choice of two unfortunately they only brought down one of the two I requested to test drive... and I was quite a bit disappointed without cuz I wanted to be able to choose between them.because of our situation I didn't have exorbitant amounts of time to wait another day for them to bring down the second vehicle that they knew I was interested in so that like I said, was a big disappointment. Everything else went quite well except for I really needed a second key and I was going to have to pay several hundred dollars to get one. And I couldn't get them to even meet me part way towards getting a second key which is really important when you have two drivers to the same vehicle and you only have one key that cost several hundred dollars to get and you're handing them to keys to your car and not getting the same in between. I felt it was the lease the car dealership could do because of course they were making a profit anybody would be silly to think otherwise.I did realize after we got home that there were no car mats or anything so obviously the car was stripped of any extras that may have come with it and while I can't verify anything came with it for sure typically things would and typically people leave those with them unless they're purchasing a like vehicle. But there was zero floor mats at all so added this on top of the fact that I had to buy a second key was a little bit disappointing. Then the sales person was going to check with your service department the next morning to find out how much a key would cost for me and they did not do that. So later in the day when I took more service records to our car to the car lot I asked that salesman about it and he pretty much came up with some lame excuse and I was disappointed because I think highly of the salesperson that he would have blowing me off after the sale. I have since purchased the key without their help or them even meeting me part way toward the expense. But it was a very disappointing thing on top of not being able to drive the second vehicle. We just didn't have the luxury of continuing to wait another couple of days to get a vehicle weird. So I got the used one that would have been first or second choice but I didn't get to drive my preferred first choice. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I don't have anything really bad to say just to have a little bit of disappointment and felt not totally validated as a customer.

I visited Ron Tonkin Acura a handful of times with different people over the past 20 years. I, along with whomever I was with always left feeling upset.... They have zero customer service. We could see a bunch of the employees talking amongst themselves each other, even making eye contact with us from afar, but never coming over. It amazes me how nothing has changed after all those years, even though they have new salesmen from when I visited last. We obviously went to buy a car, not to kill time. NEVER will I go there again. It was our first time going to Dick Hannah Acura, I only wished we went years earlier. Dick Hannah Acura was completely different and is proof some Good dealerships still exist that understand ?customer? is the first word in customer service. We were out in the lot looking at cars and almost immediately someone came out asking if they could help. The entire process went well and they never once gave us any pressure. The whole staff was great. Bernard helped us and he was very patient and kind. We would definitely go there for future cars and also recommend them to people we know, something I?ve never done because I?ve never been to a good dealership. So thank you Dick Hannah for making our purchase easy.

I was in the market for a used Toyota Tundra and found Dick Hannah had one in stock that I was very interested in. I contacted the dealer and started working... with Scott Wildman. We negotiated some and after a few days we agreed on a price that was good for both us. I traded in my Tacoma and bought their Tundra. My experience with Scott was great and I would recommend him if you're in the market. He is a friendly guy and made the process very easy and quick. Overall, it was worth making the drive from central Oregon to Portland. Great job Scott!
