We had a nice experience with Fred and he gave us a good price on the first offer. We were able to take our time and go through all the different options in the vehicle to make sure we got exactly what we wanted with our vehicle. He explained everything in great detail and easy enough for us to understand. The finance department was also provided us with all of our options in good detail and no pressure to purchase additional coverage we did not want. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

We were directed to Ourisman through the Costco Car Buying program, but we were familiar already with the dealer, having bought cars from them in the 1990s. First contact was with Daniel, the dealer's Internet guy, and then with John, the sales rep. Both were outstanding, professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. The Costco program offers a no-haggle pricing system and requires the sales rep to undergo special "Costco customer support" training. I don't think John and Daniel needing the extra training. Great experience all around.

I would like to say that this dealership was very legit. As soon as my husband and I got there, we were greeted by a sales associate that facilitated us to Michell, and he turned out to be great fit for us from the start. Michell was very knowledgable, helpful and had a great personality that blended well with ours, thus making the lengthy process of purchasing a new vehicle easier. At no time did I feel pressured, and Jeff Borakova and Michell worked with my husband and I so that we could get our monthly payments to be where I wanted them. Dina Marshalek assisted in the contract paperwork, and she was very nice as well. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this dealership and the sales people I worked with personally, are top notch. Ask for Doug Watson when you come check out the stock, he was awesome and totally leveled with me and helped me out big time. This is my third jeep (previously owned a Grand Cherokee and Liberty) and the Wrangler I bought from Ourisman is by far my favorite. We bought our second Town and Country Van from Ourisman and dealt with Dan Ipes both times. The first time was about 7 years ago. Dan was knowledgeable, helpful and patient even though we took forever to make up our minds and came back to Ourisman twice after looking at vans from other dealers. I highly recommend talking to Dan if you are looking for a van. We looked at both used and new vans and Dan was good with both.
