    I just purchased an RDX from Ron Tonkin Acura. I loved buying my new car and I loved the dealership. Easy, smooth, quick and extremely professional. Bryce and Matt took the time to answer all my questions and never once pushed me. Could not be happier. Met the management team and the people in service. I will never go anywhere else.     My husband and I purchased a used car here in early 2016 (purchased a year 2015 model). We paid cash for the car. As we were paying we told there was a ding on the vehicle that was scheduled for repair the next week, and requested to bring it back in to have that fixed. We couldn't make the suggested date and repeatedly emailed asking for a new date to bring it in, with no reply from our salesman. Questions about how/where to obtain extra keys that were mentioned in the sales documents also went unanswered. I suppose you run the risk of receiving poor customer service once you've paid and they have nothing further to gain from you but quite disappointing to us. The car's next scheduled check in occurred about 1k miles after we purchased it (within a month of purchase) and resulted in more than $500 of routine repairs, including new brake pads, which we'd have loved to have been completed before we purchased as they assured us it was full serviced. Definitely wouldn't recommend this dealer and won't return, I imagine there is much better customer service to be had. We still have a ding and no extra key.
