Ray Armstrong was trying to sell me a SUV and he told me that he says all the other dealerships will be $5,000 higher, and I let him know that this is hearsay and it is illegal to say due to the fact that he doesn’t represent the other dealership. Sorry no deal!!!
Our sales associate did not mean to offend you in any way. He was sharing the results of the price shopping he had conducted in the local market within 72 hours of your communication. However, we do understand your point and we apologize if anything was presented improperly; that was not the intent.
I am always treated respectfully and kindly when I bring my vehicle in for service. If more needs to be done than routine , I am always informed and my permission asked. Prices are very reasonable. The waiting area is comfortable and clean.

Car would not start and other issues
My car needed to be brought in unexpectedly and they kept me up to date with timing and costs, which included recommending what needed to be fixed because I did not want to repair everything based on the value of the car and the costs for all services. When my car was ready, I arrived to pick it up just after they closed, lights dimmed, and they still helped me get my car, which I am very grateful for. This service department has always been good to me.

Removal of HDL because draining batteries
