Michael Xiong helped expedite my car service in a very professional and thorough manner. He explained what needed to be done to my car to assure that my car continued to function without problems, as well as services that were over due and needed to be done today. He was clear in his explanation and made sure all my questions were answered.

My car needed an oil change plus several filters. There was a bad smell that needed to be identified and addressed. They did a good job of looking all around The vehicle and pulling stuff out. They were out of charcoal filter so we had to order one and I have to go back next week to have that put in. He gave me a small discount so that help the overall price. Excellent friendliness and Support in the entire facility.

Great staff, Craig was great and wasn’t pushy at all. They didn’t have the exact truck at their dealership but they tracked one down and got it for me within a day

Vancouver Toyota treated me like complete garbage and I was over trying to purchase a new (to me) vehicle. Craig was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from the minute I shook his hand, till the minute I drove away. He wanted to sell me MY car, he wanted to find me MY car. And it was very appreciated... espically after what I had gone through the week prior. I felt no pressure and I didnt feel anxious. He laughed. And joked. And had a good time, the entire time. I don't recall anybody else's name that worked with me.. but they were all GREAT. I will 100% be back in the future and reccomend everybody I know to do the same.

started with michael in service Dept., led to Jason in finance which led to men shuffling calling and looking to help me... all without a penny leaving my hand or need for a band aide for a"ha you just got screwed" booboo. Craig was over the top nice. We came in and were very picky. He was patient and listened to us, never pressured us, didn't harass us with phone calls. He retook us to another dealership after he was off work and still kept his professional composure. I give him my whole hearted endorsement!
