Jeff was incredibly helpful - from sending pictures of the vehicle beforehand to answering all questions I had quickly, he was genuinely a pleasure to work with. I met with both Kari and Charlie a few years back and test drove Fords and the Lincoln MKC. They were extremely helpful with information and explaining the different options on all the vehicles. Unfortunately, I determined it wasn't time to buy quite yet. Both Kari and Charlie were amazingly respectful of my decision; for this reason when it was time to buy I looked them up. They far surpassed my expectations and have remained patient and helpful with my questions. Upgrading from a 2003 Escape to a 2017 MKC is a big jump in technology.
