I first came into this particular location January 2012...

I first came into this particular location January 2012 with my friend to purchase her car, at that time I was introduced to Bill and noticed how helpful he was with her, and even helped me out a lot knowing I wasnt going to be purchasing a car on that day. The fact time and effort was put into someone as a PERSON and not a potential paycheck was what really brought me back, It provided confidence in the way the guys at this dealership conduct business. When I was finally ready to purchase I was put in contact with Frank Roe, who was immediately helpful and confident in showing me what would suit me and my needs rather than pushing something on me just to sell. The amount of patience from the team has been remarkable. There was never an issue with a lack of follow thru. I was contacted when promised, every promise made was kept. The attitude of both Bill and Frank made me feel like they actually cared to see me happy when I left the lot despite the time and energy required to do so. I never got the sense of them being inconvenienced. The whole team at this dealership are made up of people with great attitudes, from the front desk to the guys in the detail department. Ive always had a positive experience coming in no matter what my business is. I wont be going anywhere else in the future when it comes to purchasing a car. I know I will end up with what I want no matter how much time and effort will be required.

We got a 2008 Hyundai Elantra, frank had all the paper work done and ready for us. We got in and out of there fast! We would definitely come back to frank for another vehicle.

Frank took the time to help us find the car that the best fit for our needs and budget. We are confident we will be taken care of when dealing with Frank. Another reason we came to Frank is the top of mind awareness he creates on facebook. When I think of buying a car, my first thought is Frank at power because of his fb campaigns.

I just purchases a 2011 Nissan Altima hybrid and I have now purchased 5 vehicles from Frank Roe at Power Buick GMC of salem and I don't know how I ever purcahsed a vehicle prior to meeting him. He is always friendly and I can always be sure that he has given me the best deal possible. Frank Roe does not play games with a buyer, and you can rest assured that whatever deal he works up for you is better than anyone else can do. Thank you Frank for always putting the customer first, I will be back to see you when I am planning to purchase my next vehicle. -John W.

I originally contacted Frank Roe at Power Biuck GMC about a vehicle I had seen on Craigslist. Frank was honest and understanding with the fact that I am a single mother with three small children and was looking for an inexpensive yet reliable car for my family. Although the first vehicle wasn't a good fit for us, Frank continued to maintain a professional relationship with me in search of the "right" car. I saw another add on craigslist for the vehicle I ended up purchasing (a 1998 Mazda Protege). I messaged the stock number to Frank late on a Friday night, as soon as I saw the add. He was very prompt with looking into the vehicle and had it to his lot, researched it, and test drove it all the next day by noon. I came in to test drive it and was happy with what I saw. The car was fairly priced and Frank did a great job in reassuring me that it was a vehicle I could feel safe in with me and my children by letting me know that it was a vehicle he would be proud to own and have his family riding in. Frank didn't try to push me into something I couldn't afford or didn't want. He listened to my needs and helped me to find something that was practical and fit within my budget. In fact, I was able to purchase a vehicle that was below my budget, so he saved me money too! I give Power Buick GMC and Frank Roe a rating of all 5's because there wasn't anything that I experienced that wasn't amazing! My name is Stacey Kirkland and I will recommend Frank Roe at Power Buick GMC to anyone I know that is looking to buy a new or used car.
