The best experience I've had when purchasing a car. Ryan and Marie were so helpful and thorough in demonstrating the car and answering any questions I had. Marie explained their lease program. It was an overall pleasure to work with a company with high standards and I felt really cared about me, ,their customer. I would highly recommend Power Buick GMC of Salem

Happy with Power GMC
Marie listened to what I was looking for, and then suggested I consider a different vehicle with an even higher trim level that just happened to be on special - I got even more than I was looking for at a better price. Could not be happier with my buying experience.

Service at Power GMC-Buick
Had a lift motor and control switch, plugs wires, cap and rotor installed in my 2000 sonoma and the folks at Power GMC-Buick did a great job. Truck runs great and they were fast, thanks !

Exactly what I wanted
Went in to look and left with a new car. The car on the showroom floor was exactly what I wanted. The receptionist greeted us upon arrival. A salesperson asked if we were being helped and from there we went from lookers to buyers.

I went to Power Buick as I was looking for new car

Service department scheduling
I made an "appointment" online for 7am the day prior only to find out that the technicians don't start Til 8am when I arrived early for my scheduled appointment (630am); also I was like informed that several people had also made "7am appointments" and that "rarely" happens. Now it's 8am and my vehicle is still waiting to be seen. More to follow
