They don’t keep your personal information confidential. Also cheat the system to save money. When your car is in for repairs they drive it and leave it dirty and give it back to you with a dent and scratch.

This dealership has had two of my Ford Broncos for 3 months and I have received no communication from them in addition they have pushed back my service start date multiple times. I am extremely disappointed with the communication and management staff. I even reached out to the GM Octavio and received no response.
