Julian is the best! I have bought a couple cars from him over the years and he’s great. He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t try to get you to buy something you don’t want. I have also sent several friends to him and they were all very happy. I had a friend with a unique situation and Julian went above and beyond to help her get into a car it was very impressive. There’s not allot of car salesmen that would have helped her like he did. If I need a car or know anyone who does Julian Ruiz and Skyline Ford is where I’m going.

Julian made my Silverado purchase quick, easy, and completely stress-free. He was incredibly friendly, never pushy, and genuinely wanted us to enjoy the car-buying experience. He gave us plenty of time to look over the truck and take a test drive without any pressure or unnecessary sales tactics. He also helped secure a great financing rate, which made the whole process even better. Superb job from start to finish—I would highly recommend working with Julian!

Amazing staff. Austin took the time to go over everything with me and teach me how to set up my car the way I wanted (since there are so many options). I didn’t feel pressure to buy and got a great deal. Best experience at a dealership.

Genuinely Care about there customers and Austin and Julian are great they sell them selves not the car and in doing so is why we bought a car we didn’t feel pushed or cornered we felt like family

The Service Dept has problems. On two separate occasions, I have had to bring in my Ford F-350 twice to have problems correctly resolved - the problem not resolved correctly on first visit. And each time I bring the truck in -- so 4 total -- each time i bring it in between 8 and 9 AM and the job is not completed until 5 or 5:30 PM, when they close. This past time i had to wait around an hour from 4:30 to 5:30 PM waiting for the "paper work" until i could get my rig, even though it was just sitting there in the lot. Then Tech gave wrong diagnosis problem I drove 2600 miles one way to find out that they had misdiagnosed the problem.

Repeat customers here! This is our second purchase with Austin and Julian, and they nailed it again. They are hardworking, transparent, and genuinely fun to work with. They found us the perfect car and great financing without any of the usual stress. Even the final documentation was a breeze—straightforward and fast. We can't recommend them enough!

Second vehicle purchased from Julian and first time working with Austin! Excellent team to work with. This last purchase was for my son. We went to a couple of other big name dealers in town to figure out transportation to North Carolina since that’s where my son is stationed. The other dealers let us leave to figure that out on our own. Then I remembered Julian and glad I did. Julian and Austin came through to help my Marine get a car AND got it shipped to his station! Mission accomplished and job well done guys!!!

Dealership was completely no nonsense, and had excellent customer service. Talked me through the entire thing and I couldn’t possibly ask for better people to work with. They’re just starting up and I can already see the care and capability they bring.
