My wife and I brought our for Fiesta ( purchased at Skyline) to you for new tires, 4 wheel alignment and oil change. First off the weather made us change our appointment twice. We live at the coast so its an 65 mile drive for us to the dealership. That was handled with out a hitch. We took advantage of your shuttle service to do some shopping down town, worked great, great driver. During the mounting of our new tires one of our wheels was damaged by the mounting equipment, to the point it needed repair. I understand that those things happen, but the way it was handled was very impressive. Our service writer Katrina, explained the damage to us, and presented the solution on the spot. No questions, the machine had damaged the wheel and this is how Skyline would repair it. The way she presented the problem left no room for me to get upset. It was done very professionally, in a manor that gave us confidence that we would be taken care of properly. Many thanks to Katrina for her very professional and considerate attitude. Customer service is a skill that is difficult to find. I sometimes think it is a skill a person is born with. So, in conclusion, Thank you Skyline Ford for taking care of my wife and I and thank you Katrina for a job well done. Dennis & Jeane Nolder

George Clemons and Walt Sommerson are fantastic!
George was so amazing we were going through bankruptcy and had to wait a month for approval and George was willing to wait with us and check in every week to see if we had got an answer from our lawyer. He wasn't pushy and answered all our questions when we had them. Also, Walt was very friendly and helpful. Please give these two men a raise they deserve it.

Kelley Jones- Fantastic
I will say that this is the first time ever of buying a truck that I didn't haggle the price. I didn't ask for a dime off what he offered me for a sales price. It blew me away. This was the first that I've dealt with Kelley and after talking for a few minutes he explained to me that he will bring his best foot forward the first time. With the pricing he offered me, it would have been stupid of me to not buy more. I walked out of the dealership with 3 trucks and 1 on hold. They delivered too. Oil change and new tires
When getting routine oil change Jennifer in service shared with me the bargains Ford had on new tires. She showed me several levels of tires and she asked me the type of driving I mostly do and subsequently recommended a particular tire. The specs and price appeared to meet my needs and I purchased the tires she recommended. After a couple thousand miles driven in various weather conditions I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Accommodating and friendly
Skyline actually honored the "meet or beat" tire price, which is great because we like getting our service and maintenance done with Skyline--on both cars, and one of them is not a Ford. Anthony Brown was a delight to visit with during the entire quote and scheduling process. He somehow got the set of tires ordered in, AND mounted and balanced, AND a 4-wheel alignment on the car, the next afternoon! We couldn't believe it. After all that, he then handled all the paperwork for the tire rebate for us! So, kudos to Anthony and to Skyline. We'll be back, hopefully many times.
