A great professional sales experience

Kelly Jones was very easy to work with on buying our new truck. He took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we were getting a truck that was best for us. He made us feel very comfortable and there was no pressure. Tom in the business office was great he answered our questions and we were in and out and had the paperwork done in no time. We would definitely recommend Kelly Jones and Skyline Ford.

Best car buying experience I've ever had

I originally came in looking for a specific car, the Ford focus ST, at first it was a little bit out of my price range. Vee worked hard to find the best solution for me. A couple weeks past and I came back in. Wally got super excited when there was a new offer from Ford that put the car in my price range. The whole staff was super friendly and awesome. Car buying can be stressful, but the people at skyline Ford really helped ease my anxieties. I drove away in my brand new Ford Focus ST. Thanks again for all of your help!

"Top Drawer" Customer Service!!!

Recently I pulled in to Skyline's Keizer service center to have the oil changed in my 2013 Mustang Boss 302. I had driven all the way from Portland as they have always treated me well in Keizer. Unfortunately for me, there was a huge line of cars already in line. I had an appointment back in Portland in two hours. Jennifer came to the rescue. She was able to work me in so I was able to be finished in time for my Portland meeting. Thats one of the reasons I always make the trek to Skyline to have my Boss attended to. Thank you so much!!! When another service advisor wanted to keep my truck all day, I left an later returned on another day, I spoke to Jason Flanagan who not only fixed my issue but did it in less then 10 min. Now that's service. I will be back an only deal with him. Thanks again.

I love Jason in the service department!!

My husband and I moved up here from reno NV. We didn't need vehicles in reno. But when we moved Salem. We realized we need a vehicle in this towns bus system is not up to par in this town and you can't just walk everywhere. We ended up getting an old Subaru legacy that has needed repairs. My mother told me to contact Jason in the service department at ford dealership. That she trusted him and they do awesome work. Honest and reliable. So I did. We have since bought tires for the car and have had it worked on a few times. Jason is awesome. Always helpful even if I call tons of times to ask questions. Lol. Everyone in my family knows of Jason at ford. We always tell our friends and family oh you have a problem with your vehicle. Take it to Jason. Lol. Recently he saved us. As I said we were from reno NV. Well most people in reno bikes, walks, bus, or has a scotter. Well we had a scooter tao tao. I called everyone in the book I could look up for scooters. I almost gave up when I said I will call Jason. He was able to give me the number of a place who knew a mechanic who knew a mechanic who works on scooters. Thank you so much! You have been one of the best mechanics and service departments we have ever worked with. Keep up the good work and of course see ya next time we need auto mantaince.

Great experience.

I had a great experience with great people from salesman, managers, service advisors and finance manager. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly without being pushy.

The best vehicle purchase experience that I have ever had.

Sam really took the time to let us test drive vehicles and answered all our questions. He was kind and courteous and made us feel very comfortable through the whole car buying experience. We drove away in a 2016 Ford 250. Tom in finance was excellent and I received the deal I needed in order to purchase a vehicle. Shannon also assisted in expediting our car buying experience. This is the first time I have purchased a truck for myself and they made the process smooth and seamless with no high pressure which was very much appreciated. Thank you Skyline Ford and your wonderful employees who made this a pleasant experience.

Disappointed -4th car from them won't be a 5th

My Parents received a letter stating their Fiesta had a transmission recall, a couple days later a salesman called and said bring it in for repair or trade in and get equity from it on a new car we had also received a letter from Ford with the equity we had in the car, after all was said and done no equity given, salesman had a poor attitude about it said there was no equity in the car. Not the kind of treatment a 5 time customer should receive. I feel as if senior parents were taken advantage of and missled by Ford and the shifty sales tactitics employed at Skyline
