Great transaction from start to finish!

Thank you for a perfect car buying experience. We called and told them what we wanted. They found the car we wanted, helped organize all the extras, gave us a great price on our trade-in, got everything ready for pickup, gave us a tutorial on the basics, arranged a follow-up visit, explained the benefits of the service packages and voila! we were off in our beautiful 2017 Ford Explorer. Many thanks to Octavio, Mark, Tom and Jeremy. You are a great team and it has been a pleasure.

Best vehicle buying experience ever

We needed to replace our beloved old farm pickup. Francisco was a great ambassador for the ford brand and line of pickups. He is very low-key and respectful, which made this experience a pleasant one. Tom in finance is the same--low key and respectful. I felt none of that "end of the deal" pressure you sometimes get. Car buying is usually exhausting. We did not go home exhausted, but we went home with a great used truck!

Customer Satisfaction

Thanks to our Salesman, Phil McColly & Walt Sommerson for all their help & patience in finding a vehicle we liked & will fit our needs for towing. Phil took an enormous amount of time working with us! We appreciate all the time helping us make the trade & orientating us to our new vehicle. Easy and enjoyable transaction!

David Mengel took an extraordinary amount of time with us to look at vehicle features and to answer all of our questions. To make a final decision, we had to visit another Ford dealer in the area in order to see if back row bucket seats would work better for us. In the end, we did prefer them and felt comfortable returning to David to place our order. His easy and personal demeanor made the interraction feel more like a conversation than a sales transaction. We placed our final order with Sage Bass. He too took time with us and was very helpful in all aspects of the transaction. He offered optional products and gave the pros and cons of each - he didn't try to sell us things that we wouldn't need. We did take him up on a few of those offers. Sage was very friendly and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him for help or assistance in the future.

Tom and Francisco

Both made buying a truck very easy for my business. Docs were ready when I got there and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I've purchased approx 20 vehicles from Francisco and he does a great job start to finish.

ease purchase

Norm Messenger approached to see if he could help. I explained my needs and asked what he had for me to look at. He should what he had, and then we went to a Focus what had some nice perks from Ford. I went to competitors, what would not give me the time of day, so I went back to Skyline and made the arrangement to purchase the Focus. Piece of cake.

Got what we wanted.

Dave Mengel was able to walk us through the technical nauences of the Energi hybrid plug in. He helped us achieve what we wanted. Sage Bass arranged things with our credit union with s minimum of fuss. I've always been hesitant to work through dealers but this experience significantly modified my prejudice. Oh, and let's not forget Vee, my first point of Internet contact, who scheduled the visit and arranged for the car we were interested in to be set up at the most convenient location. Thanks!

Got it my way

Daniel Waldron made my buying experience one of the easiest I've ever had. Skyline has a nice inventory, "Wally" and "Tom" got me out on the street headed home in my new Platinum F150 in about 2 hours...I can't remember ever getting it all done any faster ever, and I love the truck.
