Having to wait 2 weeks just to get a $189 assment is

Having to wait 2 weeks just to get a $189 assment is rediculess. Most dealers would have had me in and out by now. I am wondering if it is worth it to deal with Syline any further.

The work done was good and the mechanic that explained

The work done was good and the mechanic that explained about what was done was a nice person. The folks who check you in, behind the glass doors seemed like they were hesitant to help. I got out of my car and went in to the office after waiting for a few minutes to be greeted but wasn't. Maybe I'm just spoiled at the chevy place as they come greet me at my truck, always great customer service when I go get my Tahoe serviced. The two guys sitting in the ac office just didn't seem to care that I was paying for service and would like to feel that my dollar is valued This all on top of being rescheduled from a Tuesday only to have them tell me if been delayed at my scheduled appointment. It was an odd conversation but he claims the computer appointments are faulty
