I've had new cars for years - I'm over 70 - I've had BMW, Mazda, and more. Generally, servicing on a new car is pretty much covered under warranty - with... the BMW's (2 I've had) - I didn't spend a dime on service for the warranty period - 30,000 miles. This time around, I bought a Mercedes. I liked the car (still do), but the deal I got from them was ... so-so. But my surprise came at the first service call - I was shocked that it was over $200. just a routine oil change, really. Then the 2nd came along - just under a year from purchase - again, just routine service - no repairs or problems - over $400!!!! I like the car, but I'm really feeling screwed by this dealership. So... Warning - if you're used to minimal service charges, as I was - beware. This 'feature' was NOT Explained when I bought the car. And it's a shame, because I really like the car... but... never again. In less than a year, I've spent nearly $700 on a couple of oil changes... It's ridiculous.

We had an excellent experience here. It was our first leased car and our first Mercedes-Benz. Cyndy answered all of our questions and went above and beyond... to make sure our experience was seamless. 10/10 will be coming back for our next vehicle.

Oil change = $320.00 in labor!!!??? Labor? Oil change and cabin filters were $178. Not too bad and expected but 320 in labor is insane.
