Abel was so helpful and answered all the questions I had without making me feel dumb. This is the first car I’ve bought and Abel made the process as easy as it could’ve been!

I went ahead and drove an hour for Lease deal for 2025 GLE to them and the experience was worst with their current manager, Michael Grand. This included selling my car as well. He wanted to keep the 100% Equity of my used car after clearing the outstanding loan amount. He confirmed that's the lease and trade-in process. I refused to consider these as 2 separate deals. When I confirmed with a different Mercedes Dealer, they clearly confirmed that the remaining equity after the Lease down payment will be given to you through a cheque and that's how the process is. He never felt like doing a deal. Never expected to have that ridiculous experience with this manager. Totally wasted my time.

Found a used, low mileage CLE 300 Cabriolet that I really liked. Hard to find these anywhere. Brent must have answered 50 questions from me which ended with me flying up to by the car sight unseen. Getting the car was a simple transaction with no high pressure sales. As I flew in from out of town, and was a cash buyer we needed to figure out how to transfer the funds to them (since I didn't bring a suite case of money). It all worked out great.

Great experience with Mercedes Benz of Salem and particularly Evan Carroll and his Tech, Beau. While traveling on vacation in our Sprinter RV (Winnebago Revel) from our home in New Mexico we got a check engine light and found ourselves in "limp" mode with power dramatically reduced. We slowly made our way the 100 miles from the Oregon coast to Salem. Evan and Beau immediately responded when we arrived and quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with our Sprinters air filter housing that was leaking unfiltered air to the engine. We were really impressed with their caring response to our plight even though both were already really busy. Two thumbs up!!

Worked with Mike and Octavio, agreed to a deal and they sold the car to someone else. Terrible business practice, I would avoid this dealership!

Mercedes Benz of Salem, OR is the best dealership. Abel Cardona made the process easy. I bought a 2020 Mercedes Benz G550 site unseen. Able answered all my questions and even took my calls after hours. The shipping process was smooth. I traded in a vehicle which was transported to Salem. Once it arrived, my G55 was transported to me. I have never experienced such a transparent process. If you are looking for a dealership that treats you like family, contact Mercedes Benz of Salem, Oregon and ask for Abel Cardona. 10 Stars to Abel. Thank you and will highly recommend this dealership.
