We bought a brand-new 2024 Honda Accord EX from this

We bought a brand-new 2024 Honda Accord EX from this dealership, but the vehicle had issues from day one. They lied to us, claiming the car had only been on the lot for 40 days. In reality, it had been sitting outside for 4 to 5 months, exposed to sun and rain. And when the car was delivered to us, the body was full of swirl marks and scratches, but we didn't notice it at the time -- we realized it two or three days later. Now it will cost us between 300$ to 500$ to polish the car to fix this issue. From day one, the steering needed alignment, which I had to take to a different dealer to fix. The rear right window also had a defect, which again, I had to get repaired at another dealership. Both right-side doors have been making extremely annoying rattling noises since the beginning, and that issue still hasn't been resolved. ATTENTION: Do not buy a car from this dealership! Even if you do, be aware that their good Google reviews don't reflect honesty or transparency in their work. There is a real possibility they might sell you a problematic car while hiding the truth. I'm scheduled to take the car to them this Thursday to see if they can fix the door issues. If they fully fix all the problems, I will update this review accordingly.

Went in to trade Honda civic in and get a hybrid crv.

Went in to trade Honda civic in and get a hybrid crv. I was created quickly and the process was straight forward and painless. My questions were answered and the whole interaction was pleasant. I had been taking my civic here for oil changes since I bought it. Always a good experience with this dealership.

Had fuel pump replaced per recall.

Had fuel pump replaced per recall. Service was fast, staff were friendly. Only frustration was how many months it took for the party to come in, but that’s not Power Honda’s fault. Would go back.

Courteous, professional, knowledgable and helpful.

Courteous, professional, knowledgable and helpful. I had several services done on my Odyssey and they made the car drive so much better! It’s great having someone local that knows my car and it’s brand.

I took my car in because of a recall.

I took my car in because of a recall. The gentleman at the counter was very confused. When I picked up my car today at 1:30pm and I couldn’t believe how badly the interior smelled of gasoline. I went in to tell them and he said that’s what happens when they replace the fuel pump. I didn’t have the fuel pump replaced. It was a recall for MOST wiring-precautionary. It still smells 3 hrs later and my car still had the new car smell before I went there. Extremely disappointing. Won’t be back.

We scheduled an appointment, were left waiting for

We scheduled an appointment, were left waiting for extended periods of time. Were offered refreshments when their weren't any to be had. As the coffee, tea and water were all empty. They ran our credit when we were already pre-approved from our lender and we had informed them of such and didn't listen until I had the lender on the phone. After they pulled my credit at the dealership. And to top it all off the dealer didn't hand me my keys and had to bring them back out to me before I could leave.
