Easy buying process when paying cash.

Easy buying process when paying cash. My reason for only 2 stars is on the website they were offering $2,000 off the price of the vehicle. I guess I must not of qualified. The Salesman was a very nice kid.

Kendall Honda has delivered exemplary service ever since I purchased my 2010 CR-V there. The mechanics are highly skilled, customer service is outstanding, and the facilities are wonderful. I recognize and appreciate the effort that Kendall invests in its customers and its products.

Two different occasions, Kendall Honda has evaluated my

Two different occasions, Kendall Honda has evaluated my battery and said they needed to be replaced by a new Honda battery. AAA evaluated an old battery and said the battery was still good. On a second occasion, Kendall Honda evaluated my seven week old battery which I had purchased from Walmart and said it was defective. I returned the battery to Walmart and they recharged it and said it was fine. Maybe Kendall has a higher standard for batteries and maybe they just wanted to sell me a Kendall Honda battery. Hard to know the truth in this situation.

Top notch!

Top notch! The representative was very friendly and helpful! They took my car right in for the oil change and I didn?t even have to pay for it because I had just bought the car in May of last year and it was my first oil change.

Was a recall on my new vehicle, scheduled the appointment and the car was taken care of. The service was done in less time than they told me which was really nice. They explained the paperwork and I was on my way.

They also performed a thorough inspection and offered honest advice about future upkeep, without any pressure to spend on unnecessary services.
