Great Service!

Kendall Auto does such a great job servicing vehicles and ensuring that they not only meet the auto maker's standards but that you are happy as a customer as well. I'm so glad that I bought locally and that Kendall services my Acura. I highly recommend them!

Car would not start.

Car would not start. Had it towed to the dealer. They analyzed the problem and determined it was a dead battery. They installed a new one and sent me on my way. Very pleased with their work.

Kendall Honda Excellence

In Eugene, they would not get me the Honda Civic Si that I wanted. Had to go to Corvallis to have them get me one! The service Dept, on the other hand has been exceptionally excellent, responsive, timely, affordable, and extremely competent! Best service anywhere!

I pay to have a monthly car wash with credit card, after

I pay to have a monthly car wash with credit card, after horrible service by them most of the time close or waiting for 1/2 hours because of short of people working there, I went twice to the office to cancel and their still keep me charging on my account, and I talk directly with the management. I do not recommend this service. I hope this help to somebody make the same mistake I did.

The service I have received for my 2016 HR-V over the last several years has always been very professional. All my questions are politely answered, the work on my car is excellent, and I always get my car back when promised, as well as a courtesy ride if needed.

Uncaring silent treatment. Phony

Alicia Carr was my contact at the dealership. She acted very friendly when she thought she could sell me a vehicle. I do have problem credit and she knew that going in. She was very confident she could get me approved nonetheless. When she couldn't get me approved she just stopped reaching out. I am assuming that I didn't get approved since she went silent and stopped answering my emails. She never told me I wasn't approved. In fact , last I heard from her, she was gonna get pictures of a Toyota that she said would work for me. She is very phony and only cares about sales. Doesn't care about people.

Dealership was honest!

Great customer servicer while purchasing a car. After purchase of a used Lexus, I discovered a power mirror that would not function in all directions. Kendall stepped up to replace the partially working mirror at their cost. Provided a loaner car while it was repaired. The earned my respect in how they handled this issue.
