Took my newly purchased USED van to Kendall Honda to have the numerous uncompleted recalls completed. Nicole Abrahamsen (Service Consultant) walked me through the process and explained what each recall would correct and kept in touch with me on the progress. I would highly recommend Kendal Honda.

Fast & complete service with helpful suggestions.

Fast & complete service with helpful suggestions. Staff helped me navigate the facility easier(I use a Walker). Communication was good. Staff friendly and accommodating. Service chargers reasonable.

I had forgotten my checkbook for the down payment.

I had forgotten my checkbook for the down payment. They drove me home and came back and got me so I could buy my Car!! Everything went so smoothly. Make sure and ask for Jack Thornton, He's the Best!

I was extremely impressed with the level of customer

I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received at Kendall Honda . I had an appointment for an oil change and a recall repair, and I had also reserved a rental . I decided to go in a little early and the gentleman who helped me was amazing . He got me in right away and told me I wouldn?t need the rental because the service technician said he would have me out in about an hour . I couldn?t believe it ! I was done in an hour . I am always WOWED at the customer service I receive at Kendall but this time was beyond my expectations . Kendall Honda has never disappointed me . They are on it !!!! Thank you so much for making my day better .

Took my Honda Accord Sport in for an oil change.

Took my Honda Accord Sport in for an oil change. After looking at the mileage on the car, they checked my service records to see if I had all of my maintenance work done for the mileage on the car. All was in order. 45 minutes later, I was notified that the car was ready to go. They reviewed with me the inspections done on the car and the oil change details. All were in good working order.

They are remodelling inside, in a temporary trailer right

They are remodelling inside, in a temporary trailer right now. Service prices going up! Prices for scheduled services have gone way up. Kendall used to have affordable rates for oil changes, etc. a little sticker shock now! Dealership still ?A+?

I needed to have my Honda serviced and made an appointment for servicing my car in Eugene. I arrived early than my appointment but was immediately served and they thoroughly served my vehicle catching some much needed replacements and serving. Their service staff were friendly, respectful, and efficient
