Took our 2019 Honda Ridgeline in for regular service, oil

Took our 2019 Honda Ridgeline in for regular service, oil change, transmission, air filters. Craig checked service history to be sure it was time for all to be checked and certain work done. Vehicle was returned to us with all work completed in less time than was quoted.

The wrench light came on my Honda so we drove to our

The wrench light came on my Honda so we drove to our local Honda dealer and was met by Jaylynn who quickly took down info and informed us what was needed and how much time. Throughout the wait time she kept us informed of how the serving was going and asked pertinent questions on possible additions. We have never had such great customer service as Jaylynn provided ever on any vehicle we?ve owned. She was professional but friendly and helpful! Perfect score for her!! Give her a box of chocolate donuts!!

Splash shield installation

Dealer provided replacement splash shield and installed my passenger side inner wheel liner. Great job, but my wheel cover flew off on the way home most likely it was not installed properly after the liner was installed. I was not able to recover the wheel cover.
