Troy Mickels was my salesman for two days. He was supportive and helpful for my interest in finding a car leas than $20k. I found a Ford Edge SE for $15.7 and it is just what I need at the right price. I traded in a 1998 Ford Explorer so you see that I like to keep a functional car a long time. One or two Toyotas were available but I didn't grab one when it was available. I am happy with the function of the Ford and its electric features. This is a good sale at the right price for me.

Justin and Chris were very helpful with our Rav 4 Prime purchase. They reviewed each and every detail in the purchase as well as the car's functions. We have purchased vehicles here in the past and were always satisfied with the staff. This purchase was as pleasant and we went home with a really nice car. Great customer service. Teddy Patton took wonderful care of us. I had his full attention as he listened carefully. He instantly understood my needs and how I planned to use my new truck. Teddy answered all our questions. When we stumped him with a question about the bolts in the truck bed, he quickly found the information. Terry's sales style is excellent. I waited almost 2 hours to get a tiny screw taken out of my tire when I had an appointment at the GP Toyota Service center. They quoted me less than a hour wait time. (Which seemed long to start) Time Not managed properly. Poor time management I could of went across to les Swab and had it done in 10 minutes. I will not return with my service..

I went with my sister to look for a new Toyota Highlander. Chris met us at the door when we walked in and he was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. And, she found exactly what she was looking for. Omar was also very helpful when it came to the paperwork. I know where I'll go when looking for a new vehicle. Very good experience.
