My boyfriend and I came to Volkswagen looking for a Golf and ended up leaving with a Passat. We had the most pleasant experience with Alan and the rest of the staff. I came in, asked to see a car, and liked it. I was ready for the price fight, only it did not happen. I sent my wife over to look, and she liked it, so I talked to Chris on the phone,, and gave the specific car/color combination; he did not have it in stock, he got it in a few hours, and called me when it was ready. I came, in signed the paperwork, and drove home.

I was looking for a specific color/equipment combo 2015 VW GTI & in the DC/MD/VA region, there was like 5-6 cars with this exact configuration. My local 2 VW dealer in Richmond, VA wouldn't come close to the budget I was looking for. However, when I contacted Stohlman of Tysons Corner via a web form & got a call back from Trent Norris - the wheels were in motion immediately for an agreement. Trent was almost immediately able to agree to my budgetary needs. No back & forth via email or phone tag. No strong arm pressuring to get a few more bucks. We agreed to a deal on the phone that allowed me to fit my budget with no hidden costs. Left me with enough dollar$ to buy a 50K maintenance plan from finance rep Sean (Hesham Kamal) - another easy going no pressure Stohlman team member. All in all I was EXTREMELY happy with my purchase experience at Stohlman of Tysons. Having grown up in Vienna, Tysons was the last place I thought I would be able to purchase car at a great price without the usual bevy of slick, high pressure, slime-ball automotive dealers harassing me. But Stohlman esp. Trent - is the exception to the norm in Tysons. I came up from Richmond on a Saturday in late July & Trent was waiting with a big smile and walked me through the capabilities of the GTI. Then Sean went over the final paperwork with the added maintenance agreement purchase. Everything was ready and waiting for me as they took all my info via email & phone prior. I was in-out in ~60 mins. They even came up me with a better loan rate than the vaulted PenFed blank check! I didn't have any buyer's remorse like I had overpaid and actually got a better deal than what I had planned for. Now this is how car buying should be like in the 21st century! I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant purchase experience & I can't wait to buy another VW from Trent & Stohlman in the future!

Prior to visiting Stohlman, I spent months getting quotes for VW Tiguans. I contacted every dealer in the DC region, and many from the state which I recently moved from. In visiting and speaking with the other dealerships I had some negative experiences which made me very hesitant in buying a car and going through the stress and hassle. I finally decided that I would wait indefinitely to buy a car, as it seemed that I would be unable to find what I needed. I contacted Stohlman online to get some price quotes, and was pleasantly surprised at how much better their pricing was compared to other dealers. I particularly appreciated the overall attitude of the dealer, as it seemed much more straightforward and upfront than others. I ultimately started talking to Alan Soon as my salesman, and I am very glad that we got in contact with one another. Alan helped me through the buying process, as I was very hesitant and uncertain. I initially decided not to buy the vehicle but eventually reconsidered and came in, due to the customer service and good communications I had with Alan and . Perhaps the best part of dealing with the staff at Stohlman, and Alan in particular, is the sense that good people work here. It is evident in his work that Alan goes above and beyond for his customers, and truly cares for their well being. I am very glad for the great deal that I got, and above all very grateful for the great service that I received. I want to thank Alan in particular, as you rarely deal with someone, especially in sales, who is so genuine. My car selectng process took about a month across several different makes and models. Mike was very patient, knowledgable about the cars, and pleasant to do business with. I wish all dealer experiences could be like this one.
