I received a call as I had my car listed on Autotrader by Cole DeCourcey who said they reviewed the website and could come "really" close to the price I had listed. Suspicious, and because time is valuable, I reiterated it would have to be close since I was careful on the Autotrader website to accurately detail the deficiencies such as door dings, a tear in the driver seat, a TPMS dashlight indicator, and the fact that it was due for a timing belt. After driving for a half-hour and then sitting for another half hour, Cole and his manager JJ offered slightly above the trade in price and far less than "close" to the price in which it was listed. Buyer/Sellers beware! A total waste of time. If anyone calls you for a car you have listed, you have now been warned.

The dealership is amazing and one of the easiest I have ever worked with. The salespeople are personable and show outstanding customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy (sales manager) Cole (sales) and Daniel (finance) and they made my purchasing experience seamless and stress free. I know a lot of behind the scenes pieces were moving and they were well navigated. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be back to purchase my next vehicle when the time comes. Dealership was 3 hours away from us.
Dealership was 3 hours away from us. We discussed the trade in prior to me making the drive. I took pictures of the vehicle tires close up and condition of the vehicle with all applicable lights and condition of the vehicle. They offer me $21,000 for the vehicle if I make the drive over. I make the drive arrive at the dealership for what should have been an easy transaction and they decide to only offer $18,000 for the trade in. In addition the vehicle was not as pictured. The road chips on the Tesla and chip in the glass was covered up in the photos by angles they took the pictures with. In addition the vehicle has the charging kit but didn’t have the charging cord that comes with the kit. Kit was pictured in the ad so the assumption was it would be complete. The previous owner had not been deactivated from the car so the car was not ready to be transferred to the new owner without an additional stop to Tesla, and the previous owner has an issue so the Tesla charging stations would not have been available upon purchase of the vehicle. This dealership has no ethics and will say whatever to get you into the dealership just to attempt to change the deal. Total waste of time. I recommend shopping at a reputable dealership who actually value a customers time. I have since received a trade in value of $21,000 at a different lot. Buyer beware of the used car tactics.

Cole was great! Zero pressure and let us take the time we needed to make sure the vehicle was a good fit for our family (unlike some salesmen who demand you make a choice on the spot)! Would happily shop here again and go straight to Cole for all our car and auto parts purchasing needs! JJ, the manager, helped with my trade valuation and made sure we got a fair price! He was very fair and went the extra mile for us. Daniel in Finance explained every step of the loan and made sure I knew the important items. Also explained the warranty coverage and service options but did not pressure me into anything I didn’t want.

They are xxxx!!!! Don’t buy a used car from them…My daughter and her grandpa bought a used vehicle 7/15/24 from bend Honda reluctantly because my daughter really really wanted the car. She fell in love with it the second she saw it. First, the salesman was rude and passive aggressive (Alexander) it was a red flag to begin with. Keep in mind this is my daughters first car and the first time she has ever met her grandpa.(he lives in California) so we proceed with the transaction. Grandpa was paying up front. He said he didn’t feel good about that place but he wasn’t going to let my daughter, which she said we can go somewhere else, leave without her dream car. So he bought it. We test drove it maybe 15 miles and it seemed to be a perfect fit. As soon as we got home which was a 40 min drive and parked it it smelled of burning oil. I thought maybe they had possibly just changed the oil and may have spilled a little on the engine. NOPE, I was wrong! We drove it around maybe another 20 miles and had to pull over because the engine was smoking. We called and the service department, they were great! Took us in right away and kept us updated. We had this car for 1 week and they had it for 3 weeks! It came with a 60day warranty. We came to pick it up yesterday, spoke with the finance sales manager and asked if they could extend our warranty because they’ve had it longer than we have and they sold us an unsafe car. according to them they do a 125 point inspection and put it on the front lot claiming it was a reliable safe car. They told me no. It is what it is. I’m dumbfounded by the heartless reaction to a place that “making happy people happy” dealership would do us so wrong. The list is long on the repairs they had to do so I’m adding a photo. Please don’t make the same mistake with people who do not care about who they sell to, they’re only there to take your money. This car was $22,000! By the way,they wouldn’t even negotiate the price because they claimed they paid 20,900 for it! What a joke. Save yourself the time and hassle from buying from Honda of bend😢

I want to thank Bend Honda for the way they respect their customers. I saw a 2018 Nissan Armada online that I wanted to see. I was greeted by Michaelo Degross. He was EXTREMELY professional. I'm sure I was a fairly unusual customer due to the fact that I used to be an Automotive Finance Manager in Chicago for over 20 years. There was no pressure and everyone was very gracious and friendly. The Dealership was very neat, clean and well organized, unlike some other places I went to. I would definitely recommend Bend Honda.

Great Service
I bought my Honda in 2013, and purchased/added on the lifetime synthetic oil changes as long as I own the vehicle, which paid for itself after the first 3 years I owned the vehicle. I appreciated how I received a video from the tech doing the service, showing me exactly what was going on with my car and the air filters and explaining everything very clearly so I understood!
