Bend Honda did not honor the warranty. I followed their rules and had everything submitted before the end of the warranty. They said, "no goodwill" when I followed up to see the status because they had not contacted me. I submitted what they asked for, they failed to contact me, the warranty date ended and they said no to honoring the warranty. I highly suggest you do not purchase from them.

Hi Robert, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially when you felt you had completed everything requested before the warranty expiration. After thoroughly reviewing your case and escalating it through all available channels, including Honda America, we were informed that the warranty coverage was not considered valid based on the warranty date. Honda America has confirmed they are unable to participate further, and this decision is final from a manufacturer's standpoint. As the warranty determination is made by Honda, Bend Honda is not able to assume liability for warranty-related paint repairs once coverage has expired. We regret that this outcome was disappointing and understand how the lack of timely communication contributed to your frustration. While we are bound by the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines, your feedback has been shared internally to help improve communication moving forward. We were in town visiting family with a small issue, they got us in quick, fixed our problem and sent us on our way. All a day before a holiday.

I bought my Honda in 2013, and purchased/added on the lifetime synthetic oil changes as long as I own the vehicle, which paid for itself after the first 3 years I owned the vehicle. I appreciated how I received a video from the tech doing the service, showing me exactly what was going on with my car and the air filters and explaining everything very clearly so I understood!

We have used Bend Honda for years for purchases and service. They have always been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Both the Sales and Service Departments are top notch! I highly recommend Zachary Allen who was our personal salesman.

Best service you could ask for. I have been to other dealerships and this one is top notch. Very friendly and make you feel at home. They do the best they can to explain everything in detail to help you understand. They work on giving you the best deal. This is my second car I bout from them and will continue going back. Highly recommend them!
