Drive a little further north and go to Lexus of Seattle instead! I made a sales appointment at this showroom to look at the new NX, and when I got to the showroom, my sales advisor was not available, so he got someone else to help me. After a test drive, the second sales advisor told me he was also double-booked and would get a third advisor to help me instead. After discussing the model I wanted, the last salesman informed me he would call me the next day after searching for my preferred build. I never got a call. After a few days, I emailed, and he responded back asking me to confirm the build I requested. Mind you, it was about the worst-quality sales email I had ever received. Between all the spelling, grammar, and punctuation mistakes, I didn't understand everything he wrote. Nevertheless, I replied, but then I never heard back. After several days of waiting, I'd had enough and went to Lexus of Seattle and bought a car there that same day. Lexus of Bellevue literally didn't show any interest in selling me a car. Zero respect, zero commitment, and zero punctuality. The only reason I would go back is to look at the cars because they have a large showroom and probably the largest lot of new cars I've ever seen. It's a very nice facility. It's such a shame the people running it are clueless and unprofessional.

Horrible Experience with a 2023 Lexus purchase
I purchased a 2023 Lexus RX500h from Lexus of Bellevue in March. With just 2250 miles on it, my air conditioner stopped working. I took it into their service department, where I was told a rock had come through the front grill and pierced the condenser. I would need to have the condenser replaced for $4000, at my own expense. I was astounded at this but asked them to repair the car nonetheless. This was the first week of June 2023, and we are now in the second week of July and I still have no idea when my car will be fixed. No one can tell me when they can get a new condenser; one person at the dealership said it could be two months. I took the car to Lexus of Seattle to see if they could fix it sooner, and they could not but felt bad about my situation and to see a recent customer so disappointed, so they offered to purchase my car back, which I will probably have to do. Lexus of Bellevue rarely returns my phone calls and I have no idea when they will get a new condenser. This has been a horrible experience after spending $70K for my car.

Service Center Quoted $500 for an OIL CHANGE.
Lexus of Bellevue quoted us $500 dollars for just an OIL CHANGE on our Lexus. This is an insulting price for such a basic service. We declined because we aren't completely ignorant of costs and what they should be. We're willing to pay a premium for service to keep our car running well but this is simply beyond what anyone with any sense would pay. We declined. They then continued to call and harass us to remind us we needed this service. We told the rep. we were quoted $500 for just an oil change and that unless this was in error we wouldn't be bringing our car back to them again. They didn't correct us; they simply stopped calling. This suggests the quote was accurate! Apparently people in Bellevue have more money than sense and Lexus of Bellevue has no moral ethics. If they're willing to do that for such a basic service then we have ZERO confidence they aren't cutting corners and/or overcharging for everything else too. A quick web search suggests the maximum for this service on our vehicle shouldn't be more than $185. Lexus of Seattle charged $79 for the same service AND gave an option for a loaner for a simple service. Do not give these jokers your money.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, Jason. I have escalated your review to upper management, and they are eager to get in touch with you. If there is a good phone number or email to reach you at, please let me know by emailing customercare@obrienautogroup.com so we can discuss things further. Sincerely, Lexus of Bellevue
Happy Customer
I am very surprised by the negative reviews. Once my car arrived it was no big deal to negotiate the extras...that all dealers add on by the way. They are in the car business to make a profit. In this car climate to get a hybrid without a huge markup is unheard of but Bellevue was so reasonable....I'm just a very happy customer. Try going to VW or Acura and see what their markup is. Its big. Heres a thing....the add ons are totally negotiable. Some we removed and a couple I added. Karina was above and beyond professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership treated me AND my dog very well. Compared with another dealer that starts with Sea and ends with ttle that couldn't answer my questions and didn't return calls or emails. Bellevue Lexus pricing was around $3k less for the same SUV. Same color, same everything. And, Bellevue returned calls and answered my endless questions.

If you want to empty a wallet, this is your place
If you want to spend too much on parts and service, get bad recommendations for maintaining your Lexus, this is your place. Example: they recommended a rear brake job, cost $968 plus tax. I checked around at other Lexus dealers: under $750. They recommended replacing rotors. Other service depts said they had never seen rotors replaced at 50,000 miles. Parts: available online (delivered) for $338. Lexus of Bellevue: $611 plus tax. I'll forgive them for trying to charge me a 60% premium for a mirror (they insist it was an error in pricing), but if I hadn't questioned it, they would have been happy to charge me. They seem to be nice people, but smile as they try to empty your wallet. I'll drive the extra time to get good, honest service at a different dealer.

Markup? What markup?
Visited the dealership after emailing with a sales rep about an in demand vehicle. Asked them specifically before coming in whether they sold vehicles at MSRP and was told DIRECTLY that they had no markup above the MSRP. When I showed up and we began talking numbers, it was IMMEDIATELY clear I'd been lied to as they had $6,400 of "required upgrades" that must be included on every vehicle they sell (tint, lojack, coatings, etc). Surprised the rep figured he'd still get my business after lying to me. No idea how the service department is, but based on sales crew, I won't be going back unless I have no other choice.

Recommended !
I had a great experience with Karina ! Easy to work with, no pressure sales. I ended up not buying a car that day due to the inventory not having what I wanted. Otherwise, it was simple to make an appointment and staff was friendly.

Decent experience but left a bad taste in my mouth
I had a great experience buying a car with Rem at Lexus of Bellevue. The process was straightforward and I was out the door in no time. Where the low rating comes from; I was not able to take home my car that day and was told I would get a loaner. It turned out no loaners were left which was not an issue as I was told I could take Uber home and back the next day to get the car and I would be reimbursed for the cost. It has now been over 2 months, I have emailed 3 times and I have not gotten a simple reimbursement for $70's in Uber charges. While the bulk of the experience was good it put a bad taste in my mouth.
