Had a wonderful experience at Honda of Kirkland with Joe LaRosee. We made a lease of Honda CR-V 2023. He provided right and clear information which made it very easy for us to come up with the decision. We were comfortable through out the process.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
I called SEVERAL times to inquire about a 2023 HRV. The man told me that they had 2 available. He, Kelvin, gave me the colors, price and specifications. IT WAS ALL A LIE. He told me that the car was “available only to see it.” Then he showed me another. A car I did not want. This is unprofessional. I drove 40 minutes to get there, just to be told it was not available. This people will do anything to get you there and lie about their inventory. I suggest you go somewhere else. This is way to treat a customer. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. LIES LIES LIES. HE TOLD ME IT WAS AVAILABLE. AND RHERE WAS NO CAR AVAILABLE

I was so comfortable and happy with the service provided by Honda of Kirkland! My salesman kept me informed every step of the way and even held the car for me for 24 hrs so I could get there in a winter storm. Highly recommended. I LOVE my new Fit!!!

The guys in the service center act like used car salesmen & they're happy to charge for a "diagnosis" when they can never find the problem. Go to Kline in Everett, they'll take 10% off of Kirklands prices.

Purchase Experience was 5 star. Very helpful and demonstrated a high degree of integrity. Especially commendable in the aggressive 2022 market. In contrast, service experience has been dismal. Maybe this is a reflection of the overarching issue all companies are having retaining employees, but the level of communication from the service techs has been 1 star. In two encounters over the last 6 months, my experiences include: First Visit: False promises about when my car will be ready, ( to the tune of two days late for what was to have been a 1 day recall project), lack of communicating regarding these delays( which if communicated to me would have been no issue.) Not returning my calls or texts about when my car would be done. Performing work I did not authorize ( doing a service call when I was in for recall fix only) . 2nd experience: Failing to call me with a quote and then doing the work as if they had authorization. Failing to return my calls or texts once I let them know I had concerns about the issues above. In general, even beyond those experiences noted above that didn't go exactly as I would have liked, when I called to get an appointment this last visit , I was told they were booked up for two months. They were gracious enough to fit me in earlier ( Thank you) but seriously, Two Months? Who can wait two months to get their car fixed? It feels like things just need to get " tuned up" , excuse the pun, in the service dept. Develop stronger processes for notifying customers and documenting them , not counting on a tech to reach out to "their" clients. In the end, the Dealership and Service Dept. needs to be the ones responsible to get the communication right. Get enough employees to do justice to the customers who's trust you won by being a great sales team.
