Outstanding customer service. I got in touch with 10 Hyundai dealers in the Seattle, WA region and Kirkland was far and above all others in terms of customer service and price. I even made the mistake of going to a Jeep dealer in the region which was by far the worst experience I've had trying to buy a car, thats a story for another day... They will give you a fantastic price (I got my 2014 Santa Fe Sport with a significant discount) AND will treat you as a valued customer along the process. My personal sales rep was Shannon and I could not recommend her enough. I will definitely look into these guys when I need another car.

From start to finish of the buying process, Dan Lozott was the force behind a seamless acquisition of a truck I was looking for.
