Outstanding experience!
We had the pleasure to work with Alma. Thank you, Alma for making this such a great experience. Admittedly, we were not looking forward to spending the day with high-pressure sales people. It was nothing like that at this dealership. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. I would and have been recommending this dealership to my friends.

Couldn't Replicate My Issues
After leaving my vehicle with them for two days, they failed to replicate the issues that immediately resurfaced after leaving the dealership and only driving a few miles. I also ordered a minor part for the cargo area which did not come with a screw and I was told I need to provide my own screw, "good luck", which for a high end SUV Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, I thought was pretty unprofessional.

Mixed, not honest after the sale.
I bought a used vehicle, and within less then a week it was determined that the battery was out of date and would not hold a charge (stranded me a couple of times). Since the battery was "tested and checked" as a part of the dealership's pre-sale-inspection however it was either not checked or checked and they figured no one would notice. A new battery was quoted at $250+/- but it ended up costing me $155.00 since they did agree to pay half. There inability to perform an honest and thorough pre-sale-check should not cost the buyer. Again not an honest dealership and there "word" means little.

Honesty is important

Stellar customer service
The title of my review says it all! Professional, friendly, communicative, responsive my only complaint is that they took out the popcorn machine. Other than that, I won't take my baby anywhere else.
