They make you feel comfortable if you have to wait. Restrooms are nice and clean. Actually the whole place is nice and clean. I had to get a loaner car till my car was finished. I keep you updated on everything. They send you a little video On what they’re doing I keep you up-to-date on everything. My car was washed and cleaned out when I picked it up. I will be going back again for oil changes. Molly, the lady that helped me with everything she was so nice and she knew what she was doing.

Everyone was fantastic. Starting with Luck. He was knowledgeable, and wanted to help however he could. He was willing to work with me from the start and I feel he went above and beyond. The guy showing me the the tech features was very helpful as well. Took his time to make sure I underStood everything. It was an all around good experience.

Despite the ferry schedule being a hit and miss and I was early for a recall issue and service, the wait was a little long but every one was Very pleasant to work with.

Patrick Conklin was also a delight to work with on financing and setting up my lease. Like the Kevins, his good sense of humor and friendliness was appreciated, especially at the very end of finalizing the sale and lease. An overall great experience!

Lexus of Seattle was truly a breath of fresh air after having visited other Lexus dealerships in the state. The experience was phenomenal from the moment we stepped into the showroom?the best part was the people. Luck, our Sales Advisor, was informed, honest, caring, patient, and very flexible. When we walked in, we thought we would have to place a deposit to wait for the model we wanted to be allocated to Lexus of Seattle. Luck explained the benefits of buying a model from the lot and helped us with an unexpected trade-in to get a great deal on our new Lexus! I liked the thoroughness of data related to the car that was provided to me (carfax, monroney label, auto check and more), the pre sale services performed and report, the very reasonable pricing, and overall courtesy of the staff. All these things went a long way to build trust about how these guys do business and made it easy to commit to the purchase.

Christopher was so friendly, knowledgeable, nice, and no high pressure sales, which I truly appreciated. I detest car shopping and this was by far the most painless shopping experience I've ever had. As Christopher says, the cars sell themselves.
