We had bought 2 cars from Burien Toyota. Here's our unhappy experience. Notice: Service is wonderful and people are kind before you buying a car.... After they sold, there's $5000 additional charge from services we didn't take. They said they will refund, but they didn't. Today is the second time we visited Burien Toyota, because we got the payment from bank and still no refund as they mentioned. We talked to managers, all we need just "the prove" the refund as they mentioned. They intended to call policeman twice. Also, the receiption lady called me disrespectful and gave me the dirty look. Once again, we didn't take the service, and you guys promised to refund the additional 5k charge. All we need is the proof. No need to be so rude to customer. We bought brand new - IM and 4 runner here. Never again.
Go at your own risk... This place has no real genuine customer service, or repairing protocol... They still have yet to find her keys to her car that was... supposed to be fixed already.. smh They lost my sisters keys, car etc.. gps were stolen... not a g look...

Terrible service, they do not care about you at all. Your item will not be repaired. They will barely give it a glance if you cannot repeat the problem... right in front of them. And forget about the courtesy car, they have like one or two and it is always being used. I have been there 6 times for my 2016 vehicle to get warranty work and the courtesy car has never been available, and they were never actually able to fix the problem.

I bought brand-new Toyota Highlander at burien Toyota,A few weeks later have trouble at interior lights come for service and or week later trouble again... , and do you have any help or can I return it ?

I have both bought two cars and had all my service done at Toyota Burien and always leave a happy customer. If you haven't visited since their new building... opened a couple of weeks ago, come check it out! Lots of thought went into designing a flagship store where Sales and Service are now under one roof. General Manager Pat Dillon clearly knows how to manage and train a top Sales and Service Team. I've only had stellar experiences at the Toyota Burien. They may have trouble getting their service customers to leave the brand new facility with rooms for all (General waiting area with Big Screen TV, Kids Room with TV and Toys, Quiet Room with lots of stations to power up, and even a private family room). Coffee, water, snacks and friendly staff all around to help out. I was in for my 5k service and out in less than an hour. Zach was my service representative and made sure I had all.my questions answered and even included a rain check voucher for a Brown Bear car wash. Keep up the good work! When I've made my purchases they made it easy and didn't push anything on me but worked with a sharp pencil to earn my business. See you again in a few years.

Ted Klarich, Tim Holmquest and Kevin were such wonderful people to work with! My recent purchase of a 2016 Highlander Hybrid Limited and a 2017 Tacoma... TRD Off Road 4x4 couldn't of gone any smoother than it did. I'll be back soon to buy a 2017 Tundra Crew Max Platinum truck. I love coming here. Can't wait to see the finished building

We were referred to the manager Bobby by our friends who has purchased several cars from Burien Toyota. We drove from Puyallup to see them and were initially... shocked to see that their building was torn down but found that they were in the building next door during construction. As soon as we arrived a salesperson greeted us and went to find Mr. Lynn who was so fun to deal with right from the start his easy going upbeat attitude made my wife and I feel like we were his family members. He introduced us to a salesperson named Darin Dehaan who showed us the highlander we wanted to see, they didn't have the color my wife wanted but Darin assured us that Bobby could get anything we wanted because he had worked there so long he knew everybody at the local dealerships. I was skeptical having driven about an hour to get there and hoping to drive home that day in a new car. The negotiations took literally 10 minutes with these guys, I told Darin what I wanted to pay and he went and got Bobby who explained what they wanted to sell the car for and we/they both made a compromise and sealed a deal. The best part of this review is that within 30 minutes after agreeing on price but still not having the color we wanted there Darin came back and said Bobby found your color and a driver is on the way to go get it. We were shocked as our experience at another dealer has us sitting hours while they looked for the car only to tell us they wanted my money upfront and they would continue to "try" to get our color. Burien Toyota never asked for my money once until they had secured my car and hired a driver to go get it. This is old fashioned customer service and we felt comfortable enough to sign all of our documents while waiting for our vehicle to arrive. I can honestly say I have never laughed while buying a car but Bobby, Darin and Burien Toyota made us comfortable from the beginning and we are thrilled with our new highlander. We will be using their service department and have already referred a co worker to Bobby. Thank you Burien Toyota for having top tier employees like Bobby and Darin and even Kim the paperwork lady. These folks actually made buying a new car fun!

We went to see a truck listed on Cars.com and Matt was very helpful. He did show us what we came to see and he let us take it for a test drive. He also... showed us another truck that was recently acquired and still needed to be checked out. We didn't want the one we came to see, but asked Matt to let us know when the other one passed inspections. He did call us several days later with information on that truck (which in our experience with some other dealers proved to be unusual). We were pleased that he did actually call us back. As it turned out that was also not the right truck for us but I would not hesitate to call Burien Toyota again...they seem to be pretty up front with information when you ask them. And they do actually call you back when you ask them to.

I have had my cars serviced here for the last 10 years. Always greeted by knowledgeable friendly people. They have on occasion gone out of their way to... help picking up and delivering my vehicle when I wasn't able to make it in for my regularly scheduled services. The let me know what needs to be repaired, based on most important to can wait. Their recommendations allow me to choose what repairs to make now and what I need to get budgeted in for later. I really appreciate that they do that because other local dealers try to get you to get everything done at once.
