I have been goin to Acura of seattle.for a couple years now..they was my mechanics for.my.Acura TL. That I previously had.. I started a new job and wanted... a new vehicle so they all.came together and figured out a good deal for me... I had a total of 4 people working with me , 2 sales men.. Preston Rocks!! Erwin is a sweetheart also.. and the Finance Manager Heidi is Amazing!!! They are there to help you get what you want!!! I will go back when ready for a newer vehicle in a year!!! I will for sure tell everyone I.know to go here because they are all an excellent team there , and they know how.to treat there customers.. oh and I cant forget Anthony and Alex my service guyz!!!

Acura of Seattlwas helpful and staff are great to work with. They were very accommodating with our needs and explain the work that was done with the car.... They also have reminders for maintenance

Came in for a routine maintenance(oil change) for my 2018 Acura MDX and Alex said it will take 2 hours. After spending over 2 hours waiting for them, he... tells me it won't be ready till 2 days later. They haven't even begun any service yet. Does it take 2 hours to let to let the customer know what going on? Do they really care about the customers? Will they pay me 2 hours for waiting? If they know how to communicate, I can just schedule another it for another day rather than wait 2 plus hours. DON'T COME HERE!!
