Ask for Q Ali when you're looking for car near Lynnwood or Everett. Q was AWESOME! I had such a great experience and we were able to work out a deal that fits my needs. He worked hard to put a package together for me that fit in my budget. I highly recommend working with Q if you are looking to buy (or sell) your car. Beware- Sleazy Business Tactics

Before you sit in the financial office to purchase a car at Klein Honda, beware. Especially if the guy who ends up asking for your signature on any documents is Mark Larson. When my fiancé and I first sat down in his office, he told us that his goal was to get us out in 10 minutes which turned out wasn’t actually a favor to us but rather, a sleazy business tactic he used to get us to sign papers quickly so we’d miss that he had snuck in a cost for a karr alarm for $450 instead of the $120 he insinuated it would cost out loud. I saw this on the receipt while doing taxes and kindly emailed asking him to refund the difference only to be sent a bogus response that made zero sense. After more BS emails, I got a call from a fiscal manager who couldn’t explain any math of how the heck $120 turned into $450 on the receipt, and he told me I could either keep it as is or have them uninstall the entire thing for a full refund. I had the latter done and it took another couple weeks and multiple email reminders for Mark Larson to finally have the difference refunded to my account. Watch out for these sleazy business tactics and bogus financial explanations they use to try and pull a fast one on you.

Gap insurance- It is very hard to get it removed. Still...

Gap insurance- It is very hard to get it removed. Still working on it and purchased the car in Sept 2019. They cant find my info, the finance guy is busy, 100 excuses. Sales guy told me I had to have this and to call in 6 months to remove it. What a joke. Worst customer service ever.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Cancelling a gap policy is straight forward. Submit the request and the prorated refund is sent back to the lender, or if paid off, to you, within 30 days. Please call and ask for the Finance Director, Mark Larson. He will email you a form and once received back, we will start the process. Regards' John Garling General Manager

John- get real. Your finance team will not respond as stated above so dont make it sound like its "straight forward". Im not an idiot. I have called 7 times now in the last three days and still no call back. Why dont you spend your time helping your team at KH with managing their customer issues Mr General Manager and get off the internet submitting stupid responses like this. Send me your email John and we can do this off line. Lets try that.

Needs to work on customer service and better...

Needs to work on customer service and better communication between the staff. Getting the deal was more important to others than respecting the customer’s wishes.
