We do not live in Washington state but attempted to buy a car from Klein Honda. They knew we were from out of state. After talking with them multiple times, we made an offer to them and were prepared to travel to Klein Honda the next day. The following day they told me they do not sell to out of state residents. Why didn't they tell me this when they first learned I was not a Washington state resident? I would say it is very poor sales department.

Hi, everyone. I would like to share my experience with Klein Honda in Everett . In July 2024 I came in with a problem with the front sensor camera on my 2015 Honda Acord not working. I was offered a diagnosis, I agreed, paid $200 and was told that the camera will arrive on Saturday, I came and left the car. A few hours later they called me and said that they could not repair the problem, because the problem is not in the camera, and they made an order and that I would come next Saturday. I brought the car and a few hours later they called me and said they apologized for the problem. The part came from a supplier in an open box and they do not install parts from open boxes. And they said they would let me know when the part arrived. On 11/20/2024 I went to the company's service department and asked about my problem, the guy at the front desk replied that the part is no longer manufactured by Honda. With this answer I was surprised..... I asked to the 2015 car and no parts he seriously looking me in the face answered:- NO. He brazenly lied. Be careful with Klein Honda in Everett.

I was to drop my car off for service ,I had called the day before and asked if they had a car rental I could get. The person in service said no problem. She went and checked to make sure a car was available. She said everything was good and to bring insurance card, credit card, drivers license. I get there and NOOOOOO you can not get a car for just an oil change. Needless to say I did not get my oil changed. Manager was very rude and just kept asking why I made an appointment when I had one with them, I tried to explain that it was a very important doctors appointment and they could get me in early. He did not care one bit just kept asking why I made an appointment when I had one with them, He would not even listen to me kept talking over me and I said just give me my keys I am done with this kind of treatment. I would have not made the appointment if I was told I could not get a car.

Hello, I would like you to know that after the treatment of the service department and telling me I need stuff done like differential oil changed and an alignment on my car that only has 10400 miles on it I went and bought a new car. I am just letting you know so hopefully they will stop this sort of practice.

I have been taking my Hondas to Klein Honda for the past several years. I have purchased two Hondas from them and had good experiences each time. Gary Moore in the service department always does a great job getting my cars in and keeping me informed of what work is being done on them. He makes good recommendations that I can trust.

I was not happy with my experience. I came in 3 times to do my research on what car I wanted and to test drive different options. I gave my offer for a car and they told me they wouldnt counter because I was talking to another dealership. Instead I walked out, they texted when I was already at the other dealership and wasted my time. They could have given me an offer and I would have stayed and dealt with the other dealership over the phone. I had enjoyed working with Edmond and wanted to give my business to him. Instead, I ended up taking my business elsewhere because I was not given the respect and courtesy that my time deserves. Not only that, is when Edmond checked in and I explained why I went another direction I didnt even get a return text.... was just left unread. I have a second car to purchase and sadly they will not get my business and lost out on probably 85K in car sales.

I don’t believe you should have been dismayed. I was open the whole time I was looking that I would be making sure I was getting the best offer I could on a 54k car. I also made it clear my intention before I left, along with stating if I walk away I wouldn’t be returning, and that I was upset because I had enjoyed working with Edmond. Which I expressed.

Outstanding care that we received for normal service and brake fluid change. Battery was replaced as it found to be dead at inspection. Service Manager Andre was outstanding and super careful in addressing the issues. Thank you Klein Honda He is a real asset to the Dealership

I had my vehicle serviced at klein honda, After service the driver seat stopped working. Now they are not taking responsibility for it. Even I was asked money for diagnosis.

Attempted to get an upfront cost prior to entering the showroom and Erika said they only deal in person. We were looking to buy a new Honda, knew exactly what we wanted and they had one, but refused a price quote. Disappointed in their reluctance to be honest and up front with their pricing. Moved on to a reputable, honest dealer and you should too.

We are sorry your online experience was not what you had hoped for. We consistently review our processes to insure we are competitive and upfront with our customers. We do email out prices, so customers have something in writing, but are reluctant to email a price quote for competitive reasons. We reserve our best price for customers in our area and/or who come to our store due to the location, Service department and customer service. This being said, how we handled the phone call and our professionalism was not what is should have been. For that we are sorry. We hope you found the Honda you were looking for.

Q and Remington were a pleasure to work with. I was very happy with how they worked with us. There was no pressure to buy. Remington was very helpful in getting all the information I wanted for the car I was looking at. Q Ali the finance manager also was no preasure. yet explained things very well. I am the one who hates buying cars with extra add-ons and dealing with car salesman. Non-commissioned staff, could be the reason why I was not lied to, by the sales and finance department. It makes sense how Q earned those well deserved awards being honest and transparent and actively listening to our needs. And Remington is one the best car sales person I've had pleasure of dealing with. My experience at Klein Honda in Everett location was very good and I would return. 5/5 stars.
