Second bronco purchased in a year and still the best

Second bronco purchased in a year and still the best customer service, I purchased a 2024 two-door heritage bronco and very stupidly. Sold it in a year later bought a 2025 base model two door bronco and I’m in love my salesman again went above and beyond and got me the bronco I wanted in Oregon and had it shipped up. I absolutely love it and this one I’m keeping Forever!

I am super disappointed in my latest service at Bickford

I am super disappointed in my latest service at Bickford Ford in Snohomish. Over the past 2-1/2 years I have had my truck serviced 3 times which cost me roughly $9,000. The last service was the 4th and I was getting a similar check engine code as before (P0305) which is a misfire and could be spark plugs or ignition coils; both of which I had Bickford service and I felt that resolving this was going to fall under warranty. I had just had them do the ignition coils 8 months prior. After dropping it off I get a call that the issue is the spark plugs and those were changed just over 2 years ago (which is outside their warranty) and that cost me $1,500 for all 8 spark plugs. I was told the cost would be $700 to replace the 2 spark plugs that were a problem or $1,500 to do all 8 again. I elected to not have any work done this time around as I felt that the service reps job was to find any reason to not work it under a warranty and make sure that I would have to pay something. I told them to get the truck ready for me to pick up. Later I get a call from the service rep that the tech said that at least one of the spark plugs was missing the electrode and they felt it wouldn't be safe to start up until replaced (this felt like another attempt to get me to relent and have me pay them). Again I told them to get it ready for me to pick up. When I did pick it up they charged me $287 to put the faulty spark plugs back in (that they installed 2 years earlier); so why was 2 new spark plugs going to cost $700 when putting the 2 older ones was $287? They didn't take into account any of the business I brought to them over the past couple of years. Honestly, they should have said this guy has spent nearly $10,000 in service let's replace the 2 spark plugs for $287 (the same cost to put the older ones back in); let' keep his business by keeping him happy. So, I get my truck home and I pick up 8 spark plugs from Autozone for $122. 2 of the 8 that I pulled out had missing electrodes and these are Ford Motorcraft spark plugs that Bickford installed. One of the spark plugs wasn't even tightened down, I literally put the socket on it and was able to turn it with just my fingers to remove it (Bickford installed all of these that I was now pulling out). I have successfully replaced all 8 spark plugs and my truck is running great at this time. I am pissed that Bickford doesn't see the bigger picture of what it means to keep your customers happy, they could have done 2 spark plugs for free or for the $287 that they charged me to put the older ones back it. The service desk appears to have one function and that is to not admit fault and have to do any warranty work. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Bickford Ford for any service needs in the future. Nor will I do any business with them when I am in the market for a new vehicle. We have two Ford vehicles in the family and neither will be serviced at Bickford Ford in the future.

xxxx poor service.

xxxx poor service. Shameful sarcasm from service desk -> Marshal. A piece of my bucket seat trim was missing when I picked up truck. Marshal was an xxx when I called asking him to look 4 it. Told me No one was in my truck. Someone drove it around the lot. Bickford Ford is a disgrace to Snohomish County WA.

Great service, fast, friendly and great communication

Great service, fast, friendly and great communication about the repair. The repair estimate was accurate even a bit less. The customer service associate Marshall was easy to work with and did a great job all around.

Easy fast and affordable service.

Easy fast and affordable service. I trust these mechanics, Ford does it right. Unlike BMW where an oil change turns to this that and the other for $1500
