I always use Bickford for my repairs and purchases. The staff is helpful, great communicators, and fair. The only downside is that they are popular so getting in might be a wait! -Tanya

Sales dep.

Sales dep. is good but service department is not very good. It takes a long time to get an appointment, 1 1/2 months plus. And when you deliver your car they don’t call you and let you know when you car might be finished. I had to call them after 4 day and ask them when the car was ready. Another problem is that the service advisor new answer the phone. I always got the answer machine.
