Our F350 unexpectedly needed some major repair after an inspection for check engine light. Danielle and Sandy kept us informed throughout the repairs, and were proactively helpful in dealing with our extended warranty purchased with vehicle from a different Ford dealership. Repairs were completed and Service team went the extra mile to ensure our truck will be dependable going forward.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Ford Bronco Sport from Bickford Ford in Snohomish, WA, and I couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the entire buying experience. From the moment we walked in, I felt like a valued customer rather than just another sale. The Bronco Sport is exactly what we were looking for—fun, capable, stylish, and perfect for our lifestyle—and Bickford Ford made acquiring it an absolute pleasure. What truly set this dealership apart was the special individual care we received from the team. Our salesman, Andrew Kaminski, was outstanding. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, answered every question with patience and enthusiasm, and never rushed us through the process. Andy’s knowledge of the Bronco Sport was impressive, and he made sure we left with the perfect build for our needs. The service department blatantly lied to me. I called them to get my track diagnosed and repaired. I was told it would be done by wednesday dropped it off on sunday night when I did not receive a update on Wednesday. I called them Wednesday night and was told it would be done by Thursday afternoon. But to find out they had not touched my truck yet. They lied approximately 9:30 am on Thursday I received a phone call that they took a look at my motor and it needed to replaced That would have been nice to know on Monday. Then, I was told I would receive a $7000 bill because my motor had to be put back together before It could leave. Another lie i told them to stop working on my truck and push it outside. It still cost me $2200 for a couple hours of work what they did not document the hours on my bill.. Terrible experience so bad I went and bought GMC . I will never visit brickfird again and my service advisor never returned any of my phone calls left 3 messages on Friday, trying to figure out what to do with my truck and when I could pick it up, I've never received a phone call back, finally drove down there and paid them. The ridiculous money and had a tow truck pick up my truck! I would not recommend taking your vehicle there I'm not sure they know what they're doing. Terrible service.

Was impressed with your mobile service. So much easier than having to drop off at shop then come back to pick up. We liked that we could actually talk to a service mechanic rather than the service center rep.
