I spotted the car I was searching for online and wrote to...

I spotted the car I was searching for online and wrote to ask about availability. Dillon made a video of the car and emailed it to me. We then talked on the phone about that car and my trade in. We agreed on the trade in price range and I made the two hour drive to Puyallup. Everything went as planned and we are very happy with our car. Well done!

Great salesman

Ben Alaalatoa is, in my opinion, the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is genuinely kind and courteous. He has the customer at heart. Isn’t happy unless you are happy. Goes the extra mile. My family has now purchased 3 Mazda’s from Ben. Cannot give high enough ranking, everyone I have talked with there are amazingly kind. Ben will always be the salesman I recommend anyone to. Thank you Ben for being such a wonderful person and salesman.

Two weeks ago I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring...

Two weeks ago I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring from this dealership. I have nothing but high marks and praise for the way the purchase and subsequent service call to receive an extra key fob and a navigation card has been handled. Ben Alaalatoa was my most excellent salesman, who found me the exact car I wanted and followed through on getting me setup. He even met me at my first service call as mentioned above, to direct me the correct way. He couldn't have been more helpful and professional. The service people answered all my questions regarding all the bells and whistles my newer car has. I am thoroughly pleased with the entire proceedings!! If you are in the market, go see Ben!!!

Ben has sold the family 3 Mazda’s now. He is wonderful to talk to, has unlimited patience with you as you ask questions, an absolutely wonderful salesman. He is all about the customer. He isn’t satisfied unless you are satisfied. I can not recommend him high enough he would get a 11 out of 10 in my book. If you want someone you can trust, someone who will do what is right by you call Ben Alaalatoa. He is a true gem of a guy.

Jeremy Balzarini was my salesman. He was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable with regards to my vehicle (Buick Encore). He wasn't pushy and only wanted me to be happy with my choice and I am.! Kyle Drennon has helped me quite a bit with my car, I've dealt with South Tacoma Mazda giving me such a hard time, when I finally got into contact with Kyle he's helped more in the less then a month other than the whole year I left my car at South Tacoma

Car beyond my Dreams!

I became enamored by the CX9 over a year ago. At first glance I loved the styling. We were still paying on our 2014 Nissan Rogue so when that got paid off I was going to find one. With a new sticker out of my reach I looked for over a year until I found a 2018 CX9 Signature that interested me.It was a bit over my budget but I had to see it and see if we could make a deal. I made contact through one of the car search engines- Cars.com I think- I was contacted by Sierra who handed me over to Chris. He was very professional and siad the car was in the process of getting checked out for Mazda Certification and detailing. I set up an appointment to see it but a few days went by before we finally got a time for me to come in. I had seen a couple other cars but they were not my favorite color and one was out of state in Portland. It was certified too but when the salesman took some pictures it showed lots of scratches and bumper damage. I wanted mine to shine from the beginning. Chris couldn't be there when I went to see it Wallace was there to answer my questions and show me the car. I couldn't have asked for a better guy, a Mazda owner himself, who showed me all the different settings that came with the car from warnings to Nav, from stereo to usb connections. My first impressions of the car were breathtaking! If I didn't know it was a 2018 I would have thought it was brand new. I liked the Metallic Gray because it shimmered like liquid mercury on the commercials. I wasn't disappointed as there were no imperfections in the finish at all. I love the Auburn Napa leather interior as it reminded me of baseball glove leather. It too was immaculate. When all was said and done and I took it for a drive Wallace and I talked the numbers which Chris had said Wallace was very capable of making me a great deal. There was no beating each other up. When we shook hands to consummate the deal I was happy and will be for years to come. The buying process was easy and accommodating through my credit union and Ash, the finance manager made it work easily. When I came to pick up the car the next day there was a couple hour delay but they made good by giving me a tank of gas and saw me on my way. Its been a week now and I have no regrets. Its funny, all the time I spent on all the car search engines I kept thinking Puyallup Mazda a few times and even looked at their website. I guess in was meant to be!!!
