I have been a customer since 2012 and just completed my 5th lease from Infiniti of Naperville. As always I received excellent customer service and am completely satisfied with the entire experience. Yessica Maldonado first contact me after my inquiry and she was very quick to assist me in locating the vehicle I was interested in leasing. Then Andrew Carlos was the salesperson I worked with directly and he was excellent in helping me secure the deal and was not pushy or aggressive at all. Then Joseph Limjuco the Finance Manager whom I worked with before, was fast and efficient as he always is, making the paperwork process quick and painless. Lastly I want to thank the Sales Manager Dale Morrone for remembering me from years ago and personally thanking me for the continued business.
