ZERO STARS! WORST service EVER! Craig needs to take a class on sales. Crunching numbers in my head which intimidated him and assumed and yelled out I was... looking for a vehicle too expensive just to go right next door to NW motor to purchase a better truck! SO unprofessional!

Drove from Everett to test drive F150's. Chris was very attentive and responsive to mine and my teenager son's questions. If he didn't... have the answer he sought out Aron. Both of them provided the information I needed. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find the 'One!' Chris and Aron tried to help me find the 'One" without undue pressure or being pushy. I really appreciated their attitude and willingness to simply talk about buying cars. Spent over three hours of their time. If I don't find the 'one' on my own will be returning . This was one of the best car Dealership shopping experiences ever.

I do not recommend buying from Sunset ford if the vehicle is not exactly how you want it. I was told it would be no problem to get the features I wanted... added to my car after purchasing it. The features were added to the contract and we all signed off thinking my car would become exactly as we specified. It has since been 11 months of excuses, being told I will receive calls to schedule as soon as they get ahold of outside vendors. I do not receive calls back unless I continue to call. I am told the issue will be moved up to the service manager. One week later I have still received no call.

Great experience. Stopped by just to see if I was getting a good deal at another dealer down the road. Although they didn’t have the exact same truck,... my sales guy Zack said give me a few hours and we will get one. Not only did they give me more on my trade in I got more rebates from Ford and so my truck ended up being less. I’m so glad I stopped by and didn’t give my business to “ Borum Ford” second time they lost a sale of mine.

A very difficult sale made better by the salesman Justin Gaull is recognized for truly working his heart out making our purchase of new F150 one to remember.... I had very specific requirements and when the first truck I selected didn’t have everything expected he made sure that we found the right one and truly worked the make the entire transaction memorable. Well... I am finally at my wits end... I bought a BRAND NEW truck 3 months ago and when I picked it up there were some swirls in the paint that were noticed... and I was guaranteed that I would get a cut and wax detail to eliminate the swirls. Patiently I wait.. In the meen time my wife bought a BRAND NEW car from them a month later. Apon taking delivery we noticed some scratches in the bumpers and rip in the the seat. We were promised that these would be taken care of immediately and we would receive a call from "Sam" in Service. Now, my truck is going on 3 months, not a single phone call from them. My wife's car is going on 2 months and she has tried to call "Sam" 3 times. Finally, she gets him on the phone after sitting on hold for 11 min. Where he gives her the excuse of "the vendors are all booked up". Also, the service department has ALOT of "I OWE YOU's" according to the service personnel and Sam is the only one dealing with them. Seriously?? Then, he says that he will try and get my wife's car in last week and he was going to call her..... well, wouldn't you know it, still no call after another week. My sales experience was amazing but the service after that point is non existent. Do not take a car off the lot until it meets your satisfaction because the service team is unreliable and non existent. I have multiple family members looking for new cars and we were recommending sunset, but, after this drawn out issue, EVERYONE is waiting to see if sunet will keep to their word. And to think... all I want is for sunset ford to only do what they said they were going to do and keep their word, nothing more.
