Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service! This is our 5th car purchased at Sunset Ford, our son bought his truck from Sunset Ford, my parents have purchased their vehicles from Sunset Ford. They day we bought my Dodge Durango, my husbands boss came to Sunset Ford and bought a truck! We feel valued and appreciated when we are there, either making a purchase or routine maintenance. The last two vehicles were have purchased, we had the same salesman. Dave is amazing!!!! Thanks for being a reliable dealership with excellent customer service! I am positive that when we go to buy another car or truck, Sunset Ford will be the place we go!!

Texted with Dave for days going over inventory and all the details of my trade in. Thank goodness I took screen shots because they said that I had lied on my mileage and that's why the trade value went down from net $27,450 to trade keys for the $20,998 priced vehicle. The math ain't mathin sirs. They tried to make me feel like I was mixing up the numbers. Glad we just left.

It was a great experience.
It was a great experience. I enjoyed the low preassure help offered by Ceasar and Craig. A TPS warning light came on the night I got the truck and Craig got it right in and got her done. We really like our new truck and if we ever buy another vehicle we will surely shop at Sunset first. Thanks a bunch, Dennis & Jeannette Kalinski

We brought our F-150 King Ranch in for service.
We brought our F-150 King Ranch in for service. We were experiencing vibration with the brakes. We just purchased this vehicle from the Dealership last March. We had to make arrangements to drop the vehicle off on a Friday and my husband was provided an Uber to work. We then picked up the Truck on Monday and drove it home. On the freeway my husband experienced the vibration again. We called and had to make arrangements again to bring it in. My husband did a test driver with the Tech and they were able to feel the same vibration we brought it in for. The Service mgr stated it wasn't done correctly so we had to leave it again. This put us out of a vehicle and caused a real inconvenience for both my wife and I to get to and from work. The work needed to be done so we figured out alternative transportation. It was to be completed on Tuesday but it wasn't. No communication until it was too late for me to get out there before work. The part didn't come in so it was going to be another day. I had to take my wife's car luckily she had a day off. My wife had to find a ride to work on Wed since I needed her car. We finally received notification after we reached out again to find out when the vehicle would be ready for pickup. I had to book a Lyft out to Sumner since I had no one available to take me. This was an inconvenience and expense I wasn't expecting. This experience has been frustrating and the lack of communication was very disappointing the cost due to the mistake made the first time and then being charged more than the original quote I was given. This experience with the Service Department has not been a positive one. I am not sure I will be returning for service in the future.

Terrible experience with this dealership. I purchased a brand-new 2024 Ford Transit 250 cargo van, and it started having issues immediately—lights wouldn’t turn off, and the van had surges while driving. When I tried to schedule service, I was told it would take over a month to get it looked at. After pleading my case about how this was impacting my business, I finally brought the van in, only to receive no updates or follow-ups as promised. The manager was dismissive, rude, and even hung up on me when I expressed my frustrations. This van has cost my business significant time and money, and the lack of accountability from this dealership is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.”

Do not trust this dealership , The price of my gt 500 was $98,900, but somehow it was 99,989 on my paperwork, the manager and finance guy are partners in crime, drive right by them and head up to fugate where at least shane and the manager are trustworthy

Buyers Beware.
Buyers Beware.....Dealership does not list prices on vehicles nor website, went to test drive a truck was told price was $92,999 and experience seemed like something fishy was going on so we said we need to discuss further. Next day did some research to find out the truck was truly $85,999! Not only did the salesman, but the finance person was trying to get a $7,000 bonus for themselves. Tried to reach out to the Sales Manager but have not gotten a phone call or response, so I am thinking that this wasn't the first time and it won't be the last with shady business!!

Buyers Beware.....Dealership does not list prices on vehicles nor website, went to test drive a truck was told price was $92,999 and experience seemed like something fishy was going on so we said we need to discuss further. Next day did some research to find out the truck was truly $85,999! Not only did the salesman, but the finance person was trying to get a $7,000 bonus for themselves. Tried to reach out to the Sales Manager but have not gotten a phone call or response, so I am thinking that this wasn't the first time and it won't be the last with shady business!!
