Toyota of Tacoma

Was very happy with the two salesmen. Originally worked with David Cowan and test drove the Toyota Sequioa. Next day wasn't intending to go to toyota but I test drove a different brand of car and was unhappy so I crossed the street back to Toyota and worked with Henry, (David was working with a different customer). Ended up buying two vehicles the next day, and since Henry was still a new salesman, David was at his side to answer our questions and make sure we had a good experience. I liked the way I felt respected and the down-to-earth ease of David. He was excited about his job as was Henry. Henry, although new, was confident and asked others if he didn't know an answer instead of just trying to appease me. I would buy another vehicle at this dealership in the future.

David was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions in a very relaxed and comfortable way. I was pleased not to feel pressured into making my decision. Everyone is extremely friendly at this dealership. Love the free car washes.

My experience at Toyota of Tacoma was wonderful. My last experience purchasing a car was far from good. I came through the doors with my walls up big time. Brian and the management team broke through those walls with patients and understanding. The no pressure buying process is something that I am going to share with all my friends and family. I will be recogmending many people!

I bought a car from Austin for my company and was very pleased with the ease of the purchase, the entire deal with written up before I even came to the dealership. As a business owner I don't have time to be sitting in a dealership all day and it was nice for once to have what has normally been a painful process to fly by with such a breeze. Your salesman made it the first time I didn't feel pressured or rushed. As well as have any games to play that I would have to rethink. He changed my experience.
