Horrible sales experience. They lied about the inspection on the vehicle, and we found several things obviously wrong with the vehicle that they marked "green". When confronted with this, the sales manager just emailed me the inspection report and said he'd call me back and "take care of me". Months later, I've left several voicemails, but have never heard back. Sales manager flat out lied, and they either faked the inspection report, or their service department is too incompetent to do an inspection and find basic things wrong with the car.

5 star experience with RJ Singh and Joseph Reveles, both spent a lot of time with me with zero pressure tactics - I got my heart set on a used Platinum - they let me think it over (never hounded me, they know I wanted it) - when I came back, I felt ready - but we couldn’t get it to my OTD price point. After all that leg work, it was disappointing but I was %100 ready to walk - RJ got me narrow down what I liked about that platinum - found me one of their last NEW Lariats on the lot with everything that I thought I wanted the Platinum for. I looked at a lot of trucks elsewhere - I was surprised they had one in the Goldilocks zone - at least after all the rebates and discounts it was New - and out the door with my budget - Threw in the spray in bed liner - the whole process was seamless. I don’t expect perfection - it’s Ford. Just be straight with me and don’t waste my time - and with that said, nothing is ever perfect - if you buy new, watch out for those after market added warranties - it wasn’t RJ or Joseph, but somebody did try- for real TW, no means no - careful how you push that, especially on new vehicles (I get it for used I guess?) All in all though - very positive and straight forward experience. RJ, Joseph, Paul - I’d do business with them again, no doubt.

Brought my brand new truck in with torn front mudflap, told me I must have been abusing it. Said they were going to put it up on the auto rack to check. After seeing that it was definitely not abused they denied my warranty for a stock part anyway. Shop elsewhere!!

Pamela, my sales person, was great to work with and very responsive. I purchased from out of state and she and the dealership made it a smooth process. I was able to arrange my own inspection and shipping and they worked with all parties every step of the way. The car I purchased is in great shape and the price was very fair. Happy with my experience.

Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful team! Highly recommended working with RJ Singh, he’s the best and really understood my needs for a first time truck buyer.
