    Will was very good to work with for the sales. Tim was also helpful after the sales. Madison did a very good job with accessories that we wanted on our F350 and had excellent customer service! We appreciated Shannon's personal help. Our overall experience was very good and we would recommend Titus-Will to our friends.

    I came in for a safety recall and waited all day only to find out they had to order the parts. They wasted my entire day. The worst part of the situation is they did not care. Worst customer service I've ever had. I own two Ford Fusions and they will never be serviced here again. I will never buy a car from here and I will not recommend anyone to this business.

    Took my truck in to get a rough idle when cold check as well as a faint whistle when decelerating around 45 MPH. Billed $1300.00. Was told the truck was fixed. Drove the truck home and had the exact same two problems. Returned the truck to the dealer and now they say that my truck needs another $4000.00 to stop whistle that might be coming from an internal leaking head gasket. No word on the rough idle when cold. That's the cost of a new engine. Tried to call the service rep several times on his line but would always go to voice mail.

    I was not looking forward to a 90K mile tune up. I had fear that it would uncover hidden problems. I have had NO issues with my 2010 Flex and I figured it was time...but no, the old girl is in great shape. I have always had my routine service @ Titus Will and they take good care of my car. When it was time for this latest visit, Jen had me all squared away. She set up the appointment for me so that I could be in and out in the shortest time (I had to wait in the very swell customer service lounge on the nicest leather couch with unlimited coffee beverages). She kept me informed as to what was going on with the car. She is knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to talk to. What a great representative to have on the "front lines". Thank you Jen and all at Titus-Will for continued good service. (I have been driving for 45 years and this Flex was my first American car. It won't be my last. I will be a repeat buyer @ Titus-Will)
